They've been great! I've gotten the results that I want and they actually do what they say they're going to do. There's no fake number stuff going on and they're work has driven my social profile tremendously

The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. There is no way to contact a real person. If you want to cancel your subscription you will need to go through your bank. I have received countless generic emails as answers to questions on my account. As a customer I feel extremely disrespected. Some of the emails ask for reviews, so I am following through on their request. Begging your paying customers for reviews is both pathetic and tacky. I’m not impressed. Karma.

I had to optimize several times to get meaningful results and it is better. It's more effective at gaining followers than garnering likes, but does help. I don't utilize unfollow, I think it's too aggressive of a tactic for me. I like only. All in all it's good, it does work. On the negative side, liking should be gender based, I get way too many wasted likes on the wrong gender. Also, the fact that there is NO DASHBOARD or reporting of any kind (unless you ask for it, then it's very thin data). So to get 5 stars from me, it would need gender and reporting. Otherwise it's expensive, but it does work.

They really do a great job of getting you real followers that will interact on your page as well as like your photos I’ve had this service now for a month and I’ve really seen serious growth within my account

My followers have improved but most of the followers have been new accounts, foreign account, and people that have no common interest as me. I wish there was more choices to narrow down a certain audience for followers and to also be able to edit your choices after creating your account.

SocialUpgrade is great! I honestly would give them a 5 star if it weren’t for the random liking. They like really creepy old men pictures and I’m a makeup account strictly for business. It’s a little awkward and I get not only unwanted attention and messages because of me basically liking there photos but also my friends and clients seeing me liking these photos. I wish they would fix that and only like relevant things or anything other than random old men 😅 anyways other than that I’m very happy with the service
