The service is effective. If you're looking to increase your followers to appear more popular for marketing purposes, this will do it!

100 Genuine followers about every 2-3 weeks. Steady growth, but not as fast as expected. Tried the "turbo" option before and had even less follower growth. Tried changing hashtags but kept getting a different person emailing me back and no change. Cancelled that and gave them one more chance. So far ok... Pleased but not exstatic.

Over the last couple months it’s been great to see my followers double, but theee are a lot s dodgy profiles that are part of it. Lots of private massages from suss people. Lots of new accounts. Quality is not great. But it works.

Our social account has shown some wonderful growth! I think much of that is due to SocialUpgrade, though I wish I had a way to keep tabs on what is going on in the background-- this is the only reason I'm not giving it 5-stars; I can't really tell how much is due to SocialUpgrade vs. our other account building techniques. It is way better than the other services we've used for this however, I can tell that much! so I would definitely recommend!

This service really works! Not only was I able to grow my following, but it connected me with real people that are engaged on my page and with my art. Love it !

I'm seeing a mild amount of progress with the marketing on my account but we seem to be stuck without much growth or development. I think they company needs a way of determining if the hashtags and my marketing approach is working and provide suggestions or changes so we can try new things.

Hi! We have seen growth but what would be even better is if the customer had a platform to refer back to. This way, they can access this information whenever and on their own to track the growth periodically. In this digital age, it seems uneasy to spend monthly without being able to see the results directly versus reaching out to an account manager who sends it to you once requested.

A few suggestions:
- Create a platform for customers to view, track & tweak hashtags/accounts
- Send an automated weekly or monthly report

Otherwise:
- Great value, well priced service but I wish receiving results were more in my hands rather the account manager.

I’ve gotten over 1000 new REAL followers in 6 weeks. This is really the best way to grow your following!

This has been a great experience as far as encouraging growth on my account. It has not been a great experience with billing though. Random billing comes through and its been difficult to reach the right person to adjust the mistakes.

They offer a really good service, about 40% are quality followers, but price is too high to whom wants to keep running for long time.
