Lots of choice and help on hand from Andy ( Warrington)

Gary was amazing. Went in looking for a mattress, came out with a full bed. No major push from a sale, was more than happy to let us leave and have a think. Should we ever need another bed or a sofa, this is where we'll be going.

Avoid this store at all costs!!
Had a sofa delivered last July with a tear on the arm.
Customer service shocking, was promised a new one , then went from someone to come and repair it.
Letter of action sent no response 😡

We have just bought our sofa from Sofa superstore Warrington and I can honestly the service was fantastic from start to finish. Garry F was so professional, friendly and gave us some great advice. I would definitely recommend going here! Quality of the sofa for the price is amazing and the made to measure service is a great added bonus. Thanks Garry, you made it so easy and offered so much more than any other store we had been in.

Fantastic day at the superstore in Warrington today. Julie was so kind and helpful. Answered all our never-ending questions, as we went in completely lost as to what we were looking for. A spectacular experience, was able to get a custom sofa done for our room for such a great price!

Great service from Chris at Middlebrook. Excellent customer service without being pushy.
However, subsequently went down hill.
Delivery company (furdeco) came 3 days earlier than requested so spent easter bank hol monday disassembling old sofa as didn't want to end up waiting another week or two for the next available delivery.
Only one sofa arrived, other wasn't on the order.
One that arrived had manufacturing faults.
Called sales who said email after sales team( they don't have a contact number)- complete waste of time, sent photos etc and never responded for over 3 weeks except to confirm they were investigating. One woman on sales was very helpful others i spoke to weren't really interested.
2nd sofa came a week later via companys own delivery team - this one was ok.
Hence, i bought from these people as they were apparently a smallish family owned business which i normally like to use, but in this instance, I would say stick to the big name sofa retailers as they will have teams who deal with issues should they arise and be more interested in fixing problems.
