Great service, Chris looked after us, he spent a couple of hours with us and did not pressure in any way. He spent a great deal of time explaining the difference between types of mattresses, and beds and headboard

Came to look for a new bed, Chris the sales chat fully explained all the different variations of bed we could have, mattresses, bases and headboards. We were able to select the carpet combination we wanted. Really impressed with the service

What a journey we had from being greeted when we first arrived at Sofasuperstore Warrington by Julie. There wasn’t anything that was too much trouble for her to do for us as we looked for a new corner sofa, with an explanation that any corner sofa we seen could be tailor made to our specifications and also fabric choice (which was a lot of fabric ranges and colours) needless to say we have placed our order and can’t wait for delivery, whilst in store we also chose a new bed and headboard being given the same professionalism from Julie about the different beds and headboards on offer

We purchased a corner sofa from the Warrington store. We were served by Chris who was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Great experience in your Warrington store today. We had a sofa in mind but didn't think it was possible to get the size and style we wanted. Julie came along and made that possible, she went above and beyond while helping us choose our sofa. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made a huge difference. We couldn’t be happier with both the service and our purchase.

We ordered our sofa at the Bolton (Middlebrook) Branch today and very excited to see it come together. Justin was fab and helped us design our sofa from the made to measure range, showed us different materials, foam inserts, designs etc and made the experience a breeze! Will definitely be recommending :)

Really helpful staff.
Spent nearly an hour testing out various beds.
Can't recall her name, but the lady assistant was particularly good.

Went to the Warrington store to look for a new bed and mattress. Chris welcomed us into the store, pointed us in the right direction, gave us some general advice, then allowed us time to browse the furniture options. Once we needed assistance, Chris approached us and was very knowledgeable and helped us make the perfect selection for both furniture and price.

Joanne our sales assistant was amazing, we only came in to look and we were determined we wouldn’t buy in the first shop but she talked us through everything and helped us design our perfect couch. 10/10 service.
