Not impressed with support team and their use of whatsapp as the chat tool. No sense of response time, took 40+ posts to get past the bot, and response time during the chat is multiple minutes between responses sometime 15 -20 with no updates in between.

Dealing with a license issue for QBDT , Intuit won't support because they don't have the license, Softake does not have the license, and blames the issue on a third-party vendor. So take about the definition of a circle-jerk left had can't help because the right had did it, right hand can't help because it started with the left hand.. Go to the source company when you purchase software, not worth the hassle

Ordered it and downloaded no problems. Up and running in minutes.

There was some confusion as to whether the product I purchased needed a subscription even though the ad said it didn't. Only after contacting the help line, getting ghosted for about 20 minutes and threatening to dispute the purchase, did someone begin to chat again and help with the situation. After that I had further bad experience and the product works as advertised.

You show a product for Windows And Mac. Where is the MAC download?

Support was very fast to reply!! Issue Solved. Product works Perfectly. Activation Code on MAC uses the Activate by Phone. The window Activates and You enter your Code.

I purchase a QuickBooks program on 121-24-2025. All went well until I tried to get an activation code number. QuickBooks had no record of license number or product number. I have not been able to find aa customer service phone number for Softake. I have contacted my bank reference refunding money and a possible fraudulence activity. I dont need some whats app I need a phone number.

A little tricky to activate, but the bottom line is we now have a supported version that the company that makes it would not sell.
