Costumer Service mangelhaft!

Costumer Service kennt diese Firma nicht.Ich konnte meine Bestellung im online Shop nur für 10 Euro Versand aufgeben.Die Artikel waren mir zu klein,daher wurden sie von mir ordnungsgemäß sofort zurückgeschickt.Dafür wurden mir nochmals 10 Euro berechnet,einige Tage später wurde der Betrag ohne Begründung auf 25 Euro hochgesetzt.Auf Anfrage antwortete Klarna,dass der volle Bertrag nicht an sie zurück überwiesen wurde.Eine Begründung dafür gibt es nicht,auf emails wird nicht reagiert.Deswegen kann ich Softgoat auf keinen Fall empfehlen.Anscheinend muss ich 35 Euro für nichts bezahlen!Das ist keine Kundrnfreundlichkeit.Angesichts der sehr teueren Artikel sollte man viel mehr erwarten können.

Trakk meg to ganger for genser jeg returnerte

Returnerte genseren jeg bestilte asap da den var av svært dårlig kvalitet. Jeg fikk beskjed at returen var godkjent og at jeg skulle få tilbake pengene, men istedenfor så trekker de meg enda en gang(!) hvordan er dette mulig? Jeg ender da opp med å betale over 7000 kroner for en genser jeg ikke har. Styr unna.

Handlar aldrig igen! Sämsta kvalitén.

Köpte ett kashmirset för ca 5000:- efter kort tids användning (ej tvättat än) så är det extremt mycket noppror. Jag har haft ett kashmirset tidigare och flera tröjor och vet att de behöver noppras och har kam för det men detta är på en helt annan nivå. Först tog det flera dagar att få svar, sen meddelar de att de inte tänker hjälpa mig utan bad mig noppra på. Så besviken och förväntar mig mer kvalitet med sådana priser.

Att kashmir är ett naturmaterial som kan noppa, särskilt i början, och behöver tas hand om är något som alla inte vet, men vi förstår att det inte ska upplevas som orimligt och att noppor ska återkomma på den nivå du beskriver även efter kammande. Det ska vi absolut hjälpa dig vidare med.

Responsive and helpful customer service - beautiful fabric

So far, i am finding customer service extremely helpful. I love the fabric and quality, but the sweater I ordered came too small. They have been incredibly helpful in getting me the right size. I ordered the right size again and can't wait to get it. Their pieces are beautiful. Thank you Soft Goat!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Never ever again i will buy from soft goat, returns take an eternity, bought two seaters in December, my return arrived at soft goat start of January, I still don't have a refund... I had to write multiple times to inquire, b/c no one bother to send an automated message that your return arrived so you get no info at all. In a very unpleasant e-mail I was told that I will have to wait 14-30 days so that my return is processed and as for refund it was supposed to be take 3-5 days I am still waiting .....Please avoid buying from soft goat: there are so many other retailers with excellent cashmere and excellent customer service... the only thing I want now is get my substantial amount of money back

We understand how upsetting it is to wait for a refund, especially after having to follow up multiple times and not receiving clear communication. Due to the process of handling returns, the handling time is between 14-30 days at the most, but it often goes a lot faster than that.

Once a return is fully processed, refunds are issued back to the original payment method, and while processing times can vary depending on the bank, we acknowledge that this has taken longer than expected in your case.

Lisa from customer service told me 11 days ago that I should recive my money shortly.
As of today, the funds have not been credited to my account.
After all the problems you caused me with this order I can't even get my money back.
I emailed you regarding this and asking for proof of payment and I did not hear back from you.

I’m throughly delighted with my hoodie…

I’m throughly delighted with my hoodie from SoftGoat. It appears to be well made. The cashmere is good quality and the fit is spot on.

My order was sent out 2 days after purchase and I received it, in the UK, 24 hours later.
I think that’s nothing short of excellent and can’t fault it.

It’s disappointing people leave such negative reviews for small brands, when they are obviously trying their hardest to establish themselves.

Maybe I’m just fortunate, but sometimes things do go wrong… just a little patience is required when it does, and not, as the current trend is, a bombardement of negative comments.
Just saying.

In the meantime, keep up the good work 🙌🏻

Unglaublich

Unglaublich! Im November habe ich einen Pullover zurückgesendet bis heute habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück! Kundendienst speist eine komplett ab. Selbst nach der Bestätigung das die retoure bearbeitet wurde habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück erhalten! NIE WIEDER!

Products and Customer service

Quality of the products and excelente customer service. Soft goat has great products. I have bought quite a few through the years and they are in great condition. There is little pilling which is normal, but it is easy to take off with the proper comb. I had a problem with the courier ( first time). I thought that the gifts would not arrive in time for Christmas and soft goat was exceptional in solving this problem. Excelente customer service. Very grateful and completely recommend

Very disappointing experience…


I had a very disappointing experience with this company and cannot recommend ordering from them.
I purchased a cashmere wool coat that arrived in an unbelievably crinkled condition—far beyond normal creasing from shipping. The coat looked as though it had been improperly stored for a very long time, with deep, set-in creases and a distorted reverse. Even after hanging it for three days, nothing improved.

I contacted customer service, sent photos, and requested an exchange for the same coat in proper condition, as I actually liked the design. Instead of offering a replacement, they told me simply to “steam it”—which is not helpful, as many private households do not own a professional steamer. They also insisted they were not responsible for the state in which the product arrived, which is unacceptable. A retailer is absolutely responsible for ensuring that items reach customers in good condition, regardless of logistical partners.

They refused an exchange and told me the only option was to return the coat—while still charging a €15 return fee, which they did not offer to waive despite the condition of the product.

Having worked myself for Germany’s largest online fashion retailer, I have never encountered customer service or product handling this poor. The way this company treats its garments and its customers is extremely disappointing.

pessima esperienza
