I ordered october 3 2020 , Canadian currencies..no responses , no clothing ,fake shipping information ! This is fraud . I asked for money back ..no response..so everytime i see a article on facebook , watch for me to leave my review..scammers

Don’t do it!!! I ordered the Christmas green hoodie early December 2020 and still have yet to receive it, however they emailed me asking to leave a good review on Facebook and I immediately received my free hoodie. I’m so disappointed. Save yourself the headache and order from Amazon! You’ll receive your order the very next day!

This company is terrible! Do NOT order from them! I ordered one hoodie on 11/18. It is now 12/23, 5 weeks later. When I ordered the hoodie, there was zero mention of it being out of stock. I contacted them asking for an update end of November. They're claimed pandemic issues and it'll ship early December. Every time you contact them, it takes a full week for a reply and it's the same BS apology and how their fulfillment team is working so hard to get orders out. There's never any mention about it being out of stock or on backorder. It's literally ONE hoodie. Put it in a box, slap a label on it, and get it out the door. I have been more than patient but today I demanded my money back. If they were honest up front and responsive, I'd probably be ok with this but it's been one misleading thing after another. Dont waste your money on these people!

I ordered an item on November 27. I received no notice before placing my order that there would be a delay in shipping. Here it is days from XMAS and all I get from them is a continuous run around and no order. I will go to my bank tomorrow & see if I can initiate a refund that way. I will also file a complaint with their AG’s office.

Well I ordered December 1st and it is now December 22 and my hoodie just arrived. (Which I realize is better than most people can say and I’m sorry people have to wait longer.) I don’t understand why they have “preorder and we’ll ship by this date.” That’s a LIE! They sure are quick to take your money though. The first excuse was “we’re in a pandemic blah blah blah” and the second excuse was “manufacture difficulties blah blah blah” or whatever. At that point I’m panicking thinking I got scammed and I’ll have to do a chargeback. What a headache! Now that my hoodie is here... I honestly don’t get the big fuss! It’s an okay hoodie I guess? Certainly not worth the price point or even the stress of trying to get it... that’s my fault for believing the hype and Facebook comments.

Items ordered on Nov 30 still have not shipped (SHIPPED, not arrived). The company refuses to refund my money even though the gifts won't make it on time. But I certainly keep receiving sales texts and emails! Can't believe how hard they work for new sales when they can't even fill orders they already have.

It's not actually a scam, however, I think they bit off wayyyy more than they can chew. You will eventually get your items. I personally have about 10 hoodies from them and yes, had a few hiccups here and there. Mainly the Witches Brew came out way different then the promo picture for it, I sent them pictures and they told me to donate it and they would replace it, however I don't think there is a way for those bright colors to pop on a black background, so I did ask if I could just replace it with the new Christmas Tie-dye since it's in stock and they had no problem doing that, its set to arrive tomorrow! I think if they were more transparent and kept the ship dates up to date it would really help their company. If it's past the original ship date you will have to email them, they do reply but they aren't very helpful replies, they usually won't give an updated ship date which is frustrating.
Now for the products themselves, I love them! They look great with jeans or leggings and are very comfy, BUT they shed like crazy,I actually have to keep a lint roller with me when I wear one. I get compliments on the tie-dye ones all the time!

So I have done quite a bit more business with them and their customer service is great. They really do try their best to fix any issues you have, you only need to reach out to them and provide them with as much info about the problem you can and photos help as well. They have also been a lot better about getting everything out on time. I think they may have had some growing pains in the beginning, but they are doing much better now! Don't let all the negative reviews scare you.

My order was supposed to ship Dec 13, but ZERO proactive communication from this company and now no ship date provided. The website does not update any shipping information. Pretty sure I got scammed. will never order again!

Update 1/2/21- after many long delays, and having to post comments on their Facebook ads as they were not responding to emails, they finally admitted that they still did not have my merchandise and kept blaming COVID- which is beyond horrific- no one is forcing them to put FB ads everywhere peddling their merch, and take orders, if they have no ability to fulfill orders. Also- they charge you as soon as you order, not when the product ships. Took MANY emails and FB messages and me disputing this with my bank for them to finally refund my money.

Would never ever order from them again.

You should allow people to give zero stars. This company is a BS scam that will just string you along with “production delays” over and over again. That’s if you ever get someone to reply to a FB message.

I purchased two of these overpriced flimsy supposed to be dye soft hoodies, after one wash it looks like i got it at a second hand store. I gave the other one as a gift, I am embarrassed to ask my sis-in-law if she likes it. I usually research before i buy on line, shame on me for not looking at these reviews before I bought them. Their pictures are very deceitful, and they were expensive.

Same exact experience as everyone else who has reviewed this crappy company. Paid for an order that I never received. Email is the only way to contact this company but they won’t even respond to me and they blocked me from FB. I reported them to the FTC and California Attorney Generals office. Please do the same if you’ve purchased from this company. All of us should seriously file a class action lawsuit. This is beyond ridiculous that they’ve burned this many people and still haven’t been shut down.

I would give you ZERO stars if I could. Placed an online order on Nov 29 2020. Received the wrong color hoodie. I have emailed several times over the past week and NADA. I merely asked for a return label so I can send back the wrong item and asked for the correct item to be sent. One week later, still nothing. Facebook messenger messages with the company are equally as fruitless (they told me the tracking number for the item I already received but no information as to what is going on with a replacement item). Finally I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered from this company in November, and the tracking number says it is stuck on San Francisco and has for the last month. The company does not respond to emails. totally a rip off!!!! Now what do I do?

I ordered a shirt during the Black Friday sale. I received tracking on 11/30/20. Today, over two weeks later, the item is still "Pre-Arrival." I have been attempting to resolve this wiht customer service since 12/8/20 with zero luck. Finally submitted a chargeback today. Do not trust these folks with your order.

Wish I had read these reviews before giving my money to this scam company. Waited over a month for my sweatshirts and the quality is horrible and I have been emailing them (only way to contact) about being late and arriving damaged and no replies at all. The package has not return label or instructions to return something and frankly I’m sure if I send it back I’ll never hear from them again. This has been nothing short of a horrible experience. I am so disgusted!!! I give them negative star reviews. Be very ware!!

Ordered 2 jogger and hoodie sets for Christmas gifts for $276, November 12. All of these were IN STOCK items and after first contact I was told they’d ship by 11/20. It’s now Dec 16 and I still have no products and no shipping notification. After 3 weeks of being given the run around , they tried giving excuses about trouble getting raw materials for the colors I selected and they offered me a list of in stock colors I could choose from, so I did !!! I didn’t want to but I picked 2 diff color sets and then asked if they would now ship immediately. I was told NO !!! They could not promise when they could ship either - so WHAT WAS THE POINT ??!! It’s now 2 weeks later and still nothing has shipped so I have disputed it with my credit card company. disgusting scam of a company who has sneaky practices and hides all negative comments from their social media. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you look at the details on their facebook page it says the company LINEAR DESIGNS INC is responsible for the page. If you look up LINEAR DESIGNS INC in Oceanside California it says they have 2 employees, and are owned by ERIK and CATALINA GUPTA, who are the social media influencer family called “Going Gupta”. Google this, it’s all true !!! total scam and FRAUD.

Love my zippered hoodie! It is extremely comfortable and warm and I gets tons of compliments!! I will definitely order more from soft serve clothing.

Do not buy from this company. Since I bought 2 sweatshirts from them a year ago, evert day almost I get a text from "Sarah, from soft serve clothing, etc., etc.". I sent her to Spam a long time ago but she still keeps sending. Aggressive!!!!!!!

I ordered 8 items as Christmas gifts on 11/28 and shame on me! I believe that 2 of the 8 items were noted as "pre-order" but that those items would be in stock by 12/5. Plenty of time to receive for Christmas giving. Right? Wrong!! I contacted the company on 12/6 to get shipping information and was informed the order would ship by 12/11. That was then updated to ship by 12/13. As of my inquiry for shipping info on 12/14, as of today, 12/15 I am told I long and sappy story explaining that the order would not ship now until "the third week of December". Since the year wasn't specified, I am assuming they mean the "third week of NEVER". DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Also, look closely to their facebook ads and comments. You may see 134 comments but only a few of which that you can read glowing comments from a shopper. I myself made a post about shipping problems and it has been hidden from comments. Shady? Unless you have something to hide, why hide customer comments?

It took about two months to get a sweatshirt that, when I ordered, was available. After a few weeks I started contacting them via email - which they DO reply to promptly - and I got the whole Covid/forest fire runaround that everybody else is getting. My complaint is that when I ordered, I did not order something that was being released on a certain date. It was my understanding that the product I chose was available when I ordered it. So I don’t care about supply line issues or manufacturing problems. If you don’t have it in stock, don’t make it look as though it is available for shipping. My Facebook newsfeed and my email were being hammered daily with new color releases, yet they could not even fulfill the orders that had already been placed.

I don’t mind paying a little more for a “made in USA” product, but after a month of waiting then getting pushed a week, pushed a week, pushed a week, I started to lose patience and I asked for a refund. They offered another sweatshirt in a different color which I refused, when I asked again for the order to be canceled, suddenly my order was shipped. The sweatshirt is OK, it is just an inside-out sweatshirt. It would be more comfortable if the sherpa-y fuzz was on the inside where it actually touches your body. The inside is standard jersey knit. There were a lot of loose threads and a very annoying neck label that I had to remove.

I don’t think I will be ordering from them again. Perhaps, in the future when their response is faster, I may consider it. But as of now, the product does not match up to the price and the annoyance and the time waiting to get it.
