To continue on this subject. After I opened my shipment of 2 zip front hoodies that I spent 2 weeks chasing for shipping details and tracking numbers, just as a courtesy I sent them an e-mail as below. I didnt expect an answer knowing how they rarely answer anything and the disfunctional company they are.

I am taking my time to write to you about my order (forgot the order number) that I received this morning. I believe it's only fair to advise you what's good, not just complaining about what's not good. But an executive who has been in the garment & textile business for 40+ years. I have enough quality hoodies in every fabric possible to last a lifetime but wanted these for summertime to wear on the beach in the evening when it gets chilly.
1/The parcel was received in good condition as were the contents which were the correct colors,sizes, along with a thank you note for a 20% discount on a future order. Sadly that is where it ends.I was planning to buy a black 5X which was not offered previously online but not after opening the package.
2/I am not sure what your setup is nor do I really care.But I assume that you are part of the GG Design Group from the customs declaration form and address and/or Kess Global Inc./ Qingdao Young Trading Co. Ltd., a supplier based in China This plus all the R&D that customers have done and posted on Facebook leads me to believe this.
3/There is no way that zip front hoodies of this quality or finishing could ever support a retail at $94.00 or $74.00 or anything close to the prices you advertise.The most would be $19.99.
4/Yarn and production Made In America? No comment.
5/Labeling you have some issues. Refer to the pictures* and I wonder what kind of quality controls you have in place.* All the pictures I refer to are on previous Facebook posts.
6/Specs you have some issues. Refer to the picture* and tell me what kind of pattern maker you have cause he is not making you any money. I am a solid 3X but based on all the sizing complaints I chose to buy 5X and after seeing the fabric today I am sure they will shrink to a 4X or 3X or pill out so bad that my dog can use them to sleep on.
7/ The 5M zipper is the cheapest low-grade quality from China and I wonder how long it will last.No I did not expect a YKK zipper.
I hope this message is taken as constructive criticism and that one day your ratings on BBB and Trustpilot improve.

I purchased four sweatshirts in November for Christmas presents. They sent 2 and indicated on the invoice they had shipped 4. After repeated emails I finally submitted a stop payment on my credit card. To make things worse my husband saw the discount card that came with the two sweatshirts and bought me another one. I am trying to exchange it. They still haven’t responded to my email from two weeks ago. Don’t purchase from this vendor.

It is a total scam. Do not order from this company.

This is a scam. Ordered hoodie on 11/29/20, have never received. I have requested a refund but they only offer excuses. I just made a complaint to American Express as that’s how I paid.
This business needs to be reported for false advertising and breach of contract.

Held my money for 6 months, kept telling me it would ship in 2 days every time I contact them. Took them 2 weeks to get me a refund once I finally gave up. All the while they email and text you about promos they are running for new colors.

Stay away from these people !!! The material of the hoodies is not worth the money and the quality is worse. I had to fight fearless to get my refund. Not till I threatened to file fraud charges did they agree to return my money on the one hoodie that got delivered. It’s one big scam from a Chinese company based in California

This company is useless... They have my money but I have no product... They blocked me on FB so next im going to Instagram and Twitter... Customer service stated my order was to be shipped on Dec 11th but its probably still sitting in China. I've sent a number of emails and have only received 1 reply from them saying my order was about to ship. I guess I should have looked at reviews before buying... Hopefully others will read these reviews and spend their hard earned money elsewhere...

The joggers I ordered were too small. The size chart stated 2XL waist 43"-47". The joggers I received only had a waist of 34". After contacting the Customer Service 3 times, I finally received a response. I was sent a RGA and told I would have to pay for the return shipping. No mention of the issues I had. Very disappointing.

Ordered 2 x soft hoodies, one with zip. Quality is good although the zip fastens as a piece of male clothing. Items are soft as described, almost like soft felt, sizing is on par but don’t hold your breath waiting for your products.
I am happy with what I have received but don’t consider them value for money.

The sweatshirt I finally received, for a gift, was good. However we needed to exchange size and I have not received any information despite trying to contact them several times.
I would not buy again! You can find a soft sweatshirt anywhere and for cheaper.

I would not order from this company again. I ordered on November 20th, it was not shipped until December 28th. When I emailed them in early December about it they assured me it would be shipped before Christmas. When I emailed again on December 18, December 22th and December 28th I got not response. It was only when I posted a bad review on Instagram and Facebook on December 28th suddenly it was shipped THAT DAY.

I would have returned it if my husband and cats did not fall in love with said hoodie, which they did. Not sure if it was worth the wait but yeah. Terrible company

The last reviews are clearly all the same person. I called 32-488-1096 after I still have not received my item guaranteed by Christmas. A person who doesn’t speak English answered and said he would call me back in half an hour. He never asked for my phone number. Now the number rings and then hangs up on me. What a scam!!

I ordered sweat pants as a gift and they do not fit. I now cannot find a way to send them back. My fear is that,if I send them back, I will never get my money back. Guess it is time to file a dispute with my credit card company since their site gives no information or ability to contact the service department. Do not order from this company!

I ordered December 11 with guaranteed delivery by Christmas. One Christmas Day I had not received a tracking number, and it said it hadn’t shipped. I emailed them that day and said cancel my order as ASAP. The responded Sunday night, and said they would cancel my order if I was sure, but it was said to ship out in the next 10 days. I emailed them back and told them to cancel it. They said we will forward this to the warehouse and get your order canceled. Now today (December 30th) I get an email stating my order shipped. I don’t want it. I canceled it. They took my money the day I ordered it. I am very angry.

Never purchase products from facebook or instagram ads. Their follower counts and positive comments are bots.

I ordered three hoodies. Only received two but was charged for three. I tried to email them. Got no response. I will be requesting a cancellation on my charge card. Would have preferred to get the hoodie but they don't seem to answer their emails.

Ordered 3 sweatshirts early November. Followed up 3 weeks later to find the status of shipment. Was told I ordered in advance. I did not. Then was assured that the ordered would be shipped on Nov 27. It wasn’t. The shipping sites that I was referred to were bogus and had no record of my tracking number provided. I contacted customer service again. Was told it was on its way. It wasn’t. It took about a month and a half to receive. Upon arrival - I paid another $42 - paid on delivery. They were soft as promised but after the first wash they became faded and frayed. The total cost was $300 for three sweatshirts. I just want to warn people - I had to work at getting the product. I paid way more than I should have. The quality is terrible.

NOT HAPPY. I ordered a sweat shirt on Dec 9th, as of today I do not have a shipping date, I have emailed twice and no response. I live in the US, what is really going on.. I am reading how some people put orders in Nov and still do not have their merchandise, this is ridiculous.

Zero stars. Ordered 2 sweatshirts on November 26th and still haven’t gotten them. A shipping label was generated on Dec 11th for 1 of them but still sitting in limbo and I’ve heard nothing on the 2nd one.

I’m editing my review, because my “not so happy” review came before they really got me. They started ignoring my emails, they blocked me mid-conversation on facebook messenger. I inquired about some mystery hoodies I ordered and asked them to cancel. They ,instead, hurried and slapped a shipping label on them. They sat in preshipped for a few weeks before I received 1/4 hoodies. After countless emails and getting blocked on fb i did a chargeback and someone finally refunded the money. I’m doing research of the company’s owners, very sketchy
