Sent wrong sizes wrong colors. And took forever to receive. Buyer beware.

I made two orders. One in early July and one in early August. Neither order has arrived. I keep emailing customer service and I'm always told that the colors that I have picked are behind due to lack of materials but that they could ship other colors out immediately. However, when I look online, the colors that I have picked clearly state that they're ready to ship today. Something is very fishy. I feel like I've been scammed.

I ordered from soft serve several things one of the things that came was a zip up Hoodia that I received broke amd some of the clothes were to small there is no phone number to reach then i sent email after email fi ally reached a email back I had to PAY put of my own money to return the items its been over 2 months and still have not received even and answer back about my items nevermind the sweater that was broke or my money I would neber order from them again and I suggest u don't either if undont know your size or don't want to receive broken zippers on Hoodies theu don't even respond back to your emails

NOT WORTH THE $$!! SCAM!!!!! The clothes are super soft on the outside but not soft at alllllll on the inside!! So please be wary! They also aren’t stretchy at all and fit kind of weird. I tried to return and had to pay for shipping myself and still haven’t gotten my money back

Soft Serve Clothing Co. still has not sent my order, never applied the 50% off discount, and will not respond to my emails, the only form of “contact,” or “customer service” with this company! Don’t waste your time or $! Buyer BEWARE!

Buyer beware of this company. Quick to take your money but nit so quick to ship products or cancel orders for refunds when requested.

I purchased a shirt and pants for my daughter and was promised a ship date. That came and went. Promised another date for shipping. That came and went. Every time I contacted them to cancel the order always had to wait for them to talk to "higher up". Amazing after that was told it was shipping the next day. Well I waited another week and nothing. At this point I don't want the items and ask for a refund. Told they could not refund as itvwas shipping. Fast forward to today now they claim it was sent and delivered which is NOT the case. Our mailman personally hands us our mail daily. They feel this company is scamming me. So months later they have my money and I have nothing. Ugh. BEWARE

I ordered a hoodie and it was delivered quickly. It was soft and nice however after washing it (I followed the directions for washing), it did not told up. The soft fluffy outside turned rough and the fabric began to pill badly.

They advertised today only special buy 1 get 1 free. Clicked on the appropriate link, added 2 items to my cart and the second one wasn’t free. There wasn’t any special promotional code to add. Tried to give the mad 😡 face on FB and it wouldn’t allow me to. Tried to write an unhappy response and this also got removed immediately by the company. Sounds like a scam to me.

I ordered a loungewear shirt on sale for $39 with the promotion for a free pair of joggers with any purchase. I thought it was a pretty good deal at the time. Unlike other reviewers, I received my order fairly quickly (within a week). My problem was with the quality. The second I opened them I said to my partner, I think I just got scammed. They just weren’t soft. The pilling on the joggers is awful. I wore the joggers all day and they already look terrible. They are not that soft. I was expecting unbelievable softness, but it was really just like a pair of Walmart joggers. they aren’t plush, and they aren’t particularly smooth. I’m glad I didn’t pay full price, but it’s still painful that I paid any money for these. The loungewear shirt is more normal, it isn’t made of the same material as the joggers so hopefully it will last longer. But again, it’s nothing special. What I found really weird is that you can’t write a review on their website. They have 11,000 reviews, but no button to write a review. All of their reviews are mysteriously 5 stars, too. I would try to get a return, but like I stated, I wore the joggers for a day, so they are now unreturnable. And I got them for free so I guess it’s not really worth it. I just want to warn others before they, god forbid, pay full price for these pants.

I recently purchased a hoodie for myself, daughter and her boyfriend as well as two t-shirts for me. As they were coming from USA and I'm in Australia, the time was reasonable. The products though were great! The clothes are the softest I have ever had, and really warm. I am so happy with my purchase and contributing to sustainability.

Ordered from Soft Serve Clothing back in the summer. 4 hoodies, one for me and one for each of my daughters. Took 8 weeks to receive even though they promptly took my payment. Every email was an apology that they were short staffed due to COVID and an assurance that my items will be shipped “by Friday.”
I wasn’t unsympathetic but I told them that their advertising was still saying the items were “available to ship today,” and if they were EIGHT WEEKS behind they should either say that or stop soliciting new orders.
When my shirts finally arrived, mine had a seam in the right sleeve that was not sewn in several spots. The quality is also crap. They’re literally cheap sweatshirts sewn fuzzy side out. I spent over $200. They refused to replace or refund my shirt and asked for photos (which I provided). I started to provide honest feedback on their facebook posts. I was cordial but honest about the shipping, the quality and the customer service responses. They responded by BLOCKING me from commenting on their FB, but still did not respond. After 4 follow up emails and 3 months I finally requested a full refund. They refused to refund me my purchase, but they did offer to replace the sweatshirt, which I accepted. So now instead of $240 on 4 crappy sweatshirts, I paid $240 for 5.
My kids never wear them. So disappointing.
I made the purchase because all the reviews were glowing. Now I know why. They delete all negative reviews and block disgruntled customers.

Echoing what others have said: these clothes are NOT soft, they are merely sewn inside-out! Definitely not worth the high cost. I’ve had more comfortable clothing from dollar stores!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY So I decided that I would try out this company because of a promotion they had going for a free mystery hoodie with purchase so I make my purchase and select my size for the free hoodie . And I’m talking about 60 for a pair of joggers 😳 that are made inside out ... that’s what I find out when they arrive anyways, and there’s no free hoodie either so now I’ve spent 60$ on joggers that are literally just inside out.... and no hoodie and now they are telling me to bad I didn’t get it because I didn’t order it ??? Ummmm yes actually I did .... I would never spend that much on sweatpants unless I was getting the hoodie as well ..... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SCAM PEOPLE AND WONT TAKE RETURNS OR GIVE REFUNDS

Soft serve clothing quality is garbage and so is there customer service. Their material is great for the first 30 minutes, then the piling starts and your sweater is ruined. DO NOT WASH. THEY FALL APART. They don't return customer complaints because they know their products are trash. Do not spend your money.

I received my sweatshirt very quickly, which was great. It was so soft and I couldn't wait to wear it. I wore it twice before I washed it, just in case it would look different after washing it. I washed it exactly as they suggested and it turned out looking so pill-y and worn. I was so disappointed. I immediately contacted them, which they got back to me pretty quickly. They asked me to send photos of it, which I did - I had taken some right away after it dried. Instead of having me return it and refunding my money, they gave me suggestions on how to take care of the sweatshirt including how to try to remove the pilling. I will definitely not be buying from them again and I definitely do not recommend them.

Ordered 2 months ago. I never received. They would not refund!!!! Had to put a 3 month claim with credit card. Company is the worst!!! Today I received a used small tshirt with Spanish writing on it!!! Wth now they’re going to say delivered. I had ordered black zip up sweatshirt not a used child’s tshirt. Company has no phone number and do not respond. Stay away beware

I’ve placed two orders with them at this point. The first order was a hoodie that came with a free pair of joggers. The hoodie fits fine, I would have preferred it to be a looser fit but it is what it is. The joggers were way too small so I gave them to my grandma. While everything is soft at first, I have felt and own clothing g that is softer, and when it is washed it looks and feels like you’ve owned it for 10+ years. The second order I placed was for a second pair of joggers in a larger size and it came with a free zip up hoodie. These joggers are still too small and I plan on sending them back. I find it unusual that this company is almost always offering a free item with your purchase. It seems as though they know the clothing is poor quality, which it is, and they are desperate to get rid of it. I’ve also received some emails from that they look like spam and are asking me to review the company and clothing on Facebook with instructions to give it 5 stars. Yet on the website they show 10,000+ reviews yet you can go through their actual website to review the clothing. Over all the clothing isn’t worth it and the company/marketing communications seem very suspicious.

Clothing that is sewn inside out to have the illusion of being soft...and too expensive. They were also advertising a promo where you got a free hoodie with every order but with special no instructions on how to get it even though you had to find the listing and add the extra one to your cart so I didn’t get the free one. Pretty lame experience all together

If I’d known they were inside out, I never would have purchased. Awful. I cannot understand why they would make such a bizarre choice in the first place then not even mention it on product pages. The colours you end up with do not look how they’re represented online. Avoid!!

I ordered matching sweatshirts for my daughter and I in bubble pop hoodies spent over $130. They came in a timely manner, I opened the package they were very pretty and I felt them to see how soft they were..I have felt softer, but they were nice. I felt inside the pocket to see if just as soft and found a huge hole where they missed sewing the seam. I got online to call to see about an exchange and you can ONLY contact them by email. I sent them an email telling them the issue and that I just wanted an exchange. I got an email back the next day saying I would get a response within 2-3 business days. Three days later I received an email stating that I would have to mail it back and they would send an exchange if they had the item in stock. I would have to PAY return shipping for a DEFECTIVE item..and only maybe get the same item it would depend on if they had my size in that color still in stock!!
