WARNING!!! This company is a scam. They took my money and didn't deliver the product ordered. They would not replace the product or give me a refund. They said it was the post office's fault and I would have to collect from the post office.

Although it was soft after a few wearings it started to pill…

Worst experience ever. I ordered a small gray hoodie on the first week of December, thinking it will arrive in time for Christmas. Mind you, 3 days before Christmas they were still advertising on their site to get it in time for Christmas. Christmas past and I still haven't received anything. I emailed a few of their associates back and forth and we decided that they'll send a black medium hoodie. A few days later I reached out about shipping and when I would receive the product and they replied letting me know that the black hoodie is no longer available and that they only have pink now. I've requested a full refund and am awaiting their response.

Ordered a quarter zip hoodie in October. It was supposed to ship in November. It never came, I inquired and was told it would ship in December, still no hoodie. Like others I am offered another choice of product or $25 coupon. This has happened to me before. I have chose other items in the past. Not this time! I want my purchase price refunded totally to my card used for purchase!! Quit selling what you do not have!!

I have previously ordered three hoodies and a blanket from this company and been very pleased with them all. When they released their quarter zip top in October I went ahead and ordered two of them. I was told they would be ready for delivery by early November. I received nothing so contacted them again at the end of November asking for a refund (they were supposed to be Christmas gifts!) I was offered either a $25 gift voucher on another item or I could change my order to a different item, both of which I refused. It is now 29 December and I have received no email or package from this company. I will be pursuing this further as they now have $123 of my money !!!

Soft serve clothing is a total scam. Ordered in October they took my money and I got nothing, don’t get burned by these scam artists!

I had understood that these pullovers were sweatshirts. They are actually fleece. With a cool inside against the skin and fleece outside. But unlike normal fleece garment in which the inside is also warm these are slippery cool. I can keep them and will because I live in Arizona. But or someone in the North these would be way to light and cold. Also the zippers are very cheap and do not zip easily.

Customer service awful. Ordered in October just got them today. Dec 20. Way overpriced.

Would recommend you do not order.

Horrible service, after a month of nothing happening on my order, and requesting refund. Finally, went on their social media platforms and flagged every post. Also cancelled my charge to them from my bank. 3 days later refunded my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Worst customer service ever. There’s no phone number because they don’t want to speak to you. Over a month still no refund.

Purchased a sweater here and could not find an outlet for commenting as they have turned off commenting on their IG account. Thought this would be a great sweater however after washing in cold and hanging dry the sweater is rough and pilled everywhere. Very cheap shoddy products. Would never have purchased had a just done my research here.

I ordered a hoodie and shorts in August, in limited edition colors with the understanding it would take a few weeks to receive my item as stated. November, I emailed asking what happened to my order and received a message that the items that I ordered were no longer in stock. They offered a $25 gift card and asked if I would like to replace with any other items on the site. I said no, and that I just wanted a cancellation of my order. They said they would forward a cancellation request, and three days later I get an email that my shipment is on the way. I contacted them again, and they claimed that oh so coincidentally they just got my items in after months, that the cancellation just hadn't gone through yet and that they didn't mean to ship it out. They said that I would need to return the package to get a refund, and yet again they offered me 20% off if I kept the package. Any reasonable business would have refunded me whether or not I sent the package back because it was repeatedly their mistake, but they try very very hard to keep you from ever getting your money back. I refused the package and just filed a chargeback because it was clear they were not going to make it easy to get my money back. Other reviewers have had the same experience so I don't think they can coincidentally keep making this mistake over and over.

This business is basically a scam, hoping you forget that you ordered something from them and just keeping your money, and then when you contact them, trying to make it a huge hassle to get your money back so that you just give up. If this same situation happens to you I would recommend just issuing a chargeback with your bank and when you receive the package, do not open it, just block out your address and write Refused Return to Sender and send it right back.

Also, do not trust the good reviews, so many of them are literally the exact same as one another and clearly written by the company.

Really wish I had researched more before purchasing. These hoodies were overly expensive so I thought surely they’d be amazing, but after one single wash, hoodie pocket detached on the side. Like others I see, I reached out to customer service to see if they could help - no offer to return, just a $25 credit to future purchases. No thank you, I’ll pass on sending more money their way. No concern in response about quality control and lot#. I would advise others to just keep scrolling and save your money.

I ordered a sweatshirt on September 18, 2021. It said it was a limited edition and would, therefore ship in early October. They’ve had other sizes of this same color in stock n their website, but apparently didn’t make the size I ordered. It’s now, November 1, 2021 and I still I haven’t received the items I ordered. When I email them, they tell me, “it was a limited item and when you ordered, it told you when the item would be delivered.” Yes. It said “early October.” That has come and gone. I’ll be surprised if I ever receive anything I ordered.

I bought three sweatshirts here. You have to scroll down through a pile of reviews with pictures to find the FAQ's where care instructions are, and it says they're "low maintenance" and simply need to be washed on the delicate cycle inside out with like colors, and dried on delicate. (That's not low-maintenance at all, but whatever).

Anyway, so first I was waiting two months for my product. A little bit of time was fine as I knew one color was "pre-ordered." However I kept asking them when it would arrive and they kept moving up the date. Then they offered to give me a different product for the same price (replacing a zipper hoodie with a no-zipper hoodie), which they said was the same price but later I realized it was not. They never gave me the extra $10 back for the difference.

Finally, I receive the products. They were unimpressive. Very thin material, didn't keep me very warm, you could see the weave of the fabric through the fleece. Oh well, I thought, at least I have it now, I just won't order it again. I remembered they need to be washed on delicate, but I don't like the delicate cycle because it doesn't get things clean so I save it for items that REALLY need it, also it's a waste of water as I have almost no delicate items and these are supposed to be eco-friendly items which was a reason I got them. I realized the pile might pill and I was okay with that sacrifice. So I washed them as carefully as possible in cold water in a load with only soft items, turned them inside out, dried them on low.

After three washes and less than 3 weeks of wear, the pockets were ripping off of 2 of the 3 sweatshirts and they were so pilled up they looked ancient and threadbare. I don't care about the pilling as much, but the pockets ripping off was unacceptable. I write to customer service and they blamed me for poor care because I didn't wash them on delicate, IN A LOAD BY THEMSELVES. Who runs a load for a single hoodie and how on earth is that low-maintenance (or accessible to busy, disabled or chronically ill people? People buy sweatshirts to be comfy in and to be easy-care in general). I did wash it on cold, low spin, turned inside out, without any zippered or sharp items. I thought that would be fine, and was willing to accept the product not being perfectly soft... but pockets ripping off after 3 washes?

So finally they offer me a $25 gift certificate, which was something, but they didn't even bother to ask the lot number to check if it was maybe a production issue, since the pockets had ripped in the same places on both sweatshirts. I told them I hadn't even had the product for a month and this is clearly defective, and they would not allow me to return it because it was worn. Of course it was worn! But it was also defective, and these are $89 sweatshirts! I saved a long time for these and waited for sales, and found the customer services to be horribly disappointing and their care instructions also misleading. In addition the clothing itself was nothing special, even if it didn't break after the third wash. These are very flimsy and thin, they pill easily, and they were not even that soft upon the first wash. They are either too hot (they are plasticky fleece and overheat me quickly) or too cold (they are also very porous). I have had way more comfortable and less expensive sweatshirts in the past and I will be sticking with those.

Also if you are chronically ill or disabled and looking for something to make your life easier as you are housebound, honestly, keep looking... or at least, be warned that these are NOT "easy care."

Them was a preorder which was fine but they charged my credit card. Communication was good for a while but now the emails won’t go through, they have canceled my order and have not credited my card. The credit card company is involved now. I would say “Buyer Beware”

This company is a nightmare to deal with, I ordered 2 sweatshirts on August 6th,I’m still waiting to receive them almost 3 months later! I have emailed them on numerous occasions only to be fobbed off with ridiculous excuses. Disgraceful way to operate a so called business! I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole ever again.There is even a real review page for this scam company, where real reviews are published not the one that their site publishes with fake reviews!

I ordered a regular in stock hoodie and a special order hoodie and paid regular price $65 + $69 = $134. When I did not receive the hoodies within a three week period I asked customer service for an update. They told me since one of the items was special order it would ship at the end of the month. End of the month came and I asked for an update. Special order item was not out of production and its not ready to ship. I canceled the order. Guess what happened next. They shipped the in stock item separately. LOL. Sent me an email explaining if I didn't want it send it back. I kept the item. I didn't want the hassle of sending it back. Its not a bad hoodie its soft but just not worth $65. Two weeks later still no special order item. I asked for an update and it isn't ready and they cant tell me when it will be ready. They keep asking me to pick another hoodie. I don't want another color hoodie. I got one they sent and its ok. I just want to cancel the order and give me a refund. I have asked for the remainder of the order to be canceled and refund me the money. guess What? Several days later No refund and no special order item yet. Stay away from this company.

Took over a month to get the sweatshirt. It never even shipped until I reached out. Finally received it and it’s total crap. It’s literally a cheap a$$ sweatshirt that’s been sewn inside out. So your basic thin cheap sweatshirt turned inside out. There are threads hanging off of it all over the place. Plus 2 sizes too small. Can’t believe I paid this much for this crap. And if you want to return it then you have to pay to ship it back. It’s like your regular internet scam company. Total crap.

My hoodie started to pill even before I washed it. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Definitely not satisfied with it .
