I’ve ordered a few times now, and I’ve been really happy every time. No issues besides a little bit of lint when I take the hoodies out of the bag the first time.

I like the fun colors that come out periodically, and they run sales all the time.

They’re really comfortable and cozy - essentially an inside out sweatshirt, which I knew because the photos on the site are extremely accurate. Will definitely buy more.

I have had 3 orders with them. They are overpriced, for sure but I do found the sweatshirts very soft. Cashmere is definitely softer but that's cashmere. My first order did not fit and the company allowed for a refund. I ordered the mystery packs and enjoyed the colors. I wouldn't buy there tye dye otherwise but received some. So far I have a good experience.

The order took 6 weeks to arrive, then I had to pay duty. Prior to the order arriving, I emailed them 3 times, and never did receive a response
One of the hoodies had a clearly visible tear at the waistband.
I finally received a return address, to ship my order back (at my expense!)
Terrible product! Terrible service!

Don't bother! It took 3 months to get my hoodie and when I did receive it there was a tear in it. Thankfully this made it easy to return and after several emails I finally received my refund. The quality is terrible: cheap, thin material with a zipper that barely worked. Don't waste your money or time on this company. Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered.

Crooked. Try to get a refund even with return tracking confirmation. Then file a credit card disputed item. These people have no intention of issuing legitimate credit and anyone posting otherwise here probably is on their payroll

Need option for zero stars!! TERRIBLE company! Only way to get money back was to file complaint with credit card. TERRIBLE at responding to emails, make returns as difficult as possible. Zero communication about order. And then the clothes are cheap crap. Do not buy.

I received my package two weeks after placing an order. Considering that I don't live in the US, I have no complaint about the shipment. However, the quality is very questionable. I can't get rid of lint even after washing it twice, and the tag came off. If I am paying $65, I expect the quality to be better than this.

I ordered my hoodie and was told it would arrive before Christmas. It took over a month to arrive which is surprising considering I'm in Canada and it shipped from LA. The fabric is pretty cheap and nasty and I'm upset that I paid 70$ for it. The inside fabric is also different than the outside. (To their credit the hoodie does look the same as on the website.) This company seems to have jumped on the "let's make ridiculously overpriced loungewear" bandwagon without regard for the quality of the product. It seems like it was made in some Chinese sweat-shop even though they say it was made in the US. (They should've priced it at 15$ tops if I'm being honest.) I contacted customer service because the tracking number they gave me stopped working and had to wait a while for them to respond and give me a new one. They were respectful, but they did not respond within the 1-2 business days time limit they said they would. I absolutely would not order from this company again. My experience was better than most of the other reviewers on this website, but after seeing how others have been treated and the fact that they've turned off Instagram comments on EVERY post so that people can't say they're a scam to potential new customers is suspicious. Buyer Beware!

Never, ever go near this website. Merchandise is subpar and customer service is a joke. My order went to the dead mail center and cannot be retrieved. Spent 2 hours trying to deal with it and gave up. Buyer Beware.

Quality American-made hoodie, made from American Cotton. Not sure why this company has so many negative reviews? I'm guessing they messed up things over Christmas. Shipping is great now and the product is quality and soft.

I like the product but need to make exchange and can't contact them on their website. Just keeps sending me to frequently ask questions.

After 4 and half months of trying to get two hoodies from this company only to have them send them after I cancelled them (which I returned without opening) and multiple emails trying to correct this situation, they have now charged me twice instead of giving me a refund. I literally have 30+ emails to this company. Now I want a $220 refund!!

I wish I'd read reviews before I asked for these for xmas. Absolutely garbage. Ordered a 2x in hoodie and joggers thinking I like a loose fit... the hoodie was decent, not amazing quality but absolutely enormous. The same size joggers were so tight they couldn't be worn. The fabric on the joggers was different than the hoodie and the Seams were badly sewn, none of the seams were lined up properly. The seams along the butt is totally crooked and doesn't line up with the waistband. I contacted the company for a return or replacement for the joggers (xmas gift). 3 weeks later they responded w/ "well those probably aren't in stock, pay to ship them back and you can pick out a different color and size"... Ummm no. $45 joggers that you want me to pay to return when they're literally not even sewn together correctly? Trash company. Do not purchase their products. The clothing is worth half that and nicer pieces can be bought at Walmart. This company is a scam.

Yeah - don’t buy from this company. Also my unisex size small hoodie was equivalent to a men’s large and small unisex joggers equivalent to a child’s size. It doesn’t even make sense. Cheap materials, POOR sewing (loose strings everywhere) and from what I understand no returns or exchanges if you open the package. Customer service takes forever. 1.3 rating on BBB and now I know why. Just save your $100. Go to Marshalls and spend $20, the quality will undoubtedly be superior.

This hoodie has to be the softest piece of clothing that I have ever owned! I make sure that I wear one -I have three- when I have to go to the hospital for infusion therapy and physical therapy every month. I feel like I am receiving a hug from a loved one when I have it on. It is so easy to take care of by gently washing it in a regular washing machine. Be sure to treat yourself or gift one to a friend or family member. You will never regret your purchase of these beautifully colored hoodies!!!

This review is a genuine experience and not solicited by Soft Serve. I ordered one for a gift for Christmas. I received it within a week or so. My sister loved it and consequently ordered another hoodie and joggers. I also ordered one for myself, which I received within a week. Love it. So soft and cuddly. Will definitely order other colors.
Sorry to read others had such a bad experience, but mine was excellent.

Ordered mine a week ago, got it today. I am autistic with texture sensitivity so the inside being more of a tshirt material is good for me. The outside is soft and it is nice and warm, with sizes being a comfortable fit. Outside definitely looks like it will pill in the future, its kind of a fuzzy stuffed animal type of fluff. I probably wouldnt buy another one full price, but I dont regret my purchase.

Item was delayed due to covid. They gave me a 25.00 gift card. Very nice joggers. Super soft and comfy. Thank you so much for the gift card. I'll be using it for a matching sweatshirt. A+ service from them.
