Purchased Microsoft Office 16 from them. The license key they sent was not a Microsoft approved key. Wrote to their support three times with no response. Went to look at other reviews and apparently this is not the first time they have done this. Believe this to be a scam. WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FORM THIS COMPANY.

Licentie gekocht. Kreeg een gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord om de software te activeren. Helaas klopte de gegevens niet en was activeren onmogelijk. Meerdere keren via de chat kontakt gezocht, geen response. Meerdere e-mails gestuurd geen response. Uiteindelijk het bedrag laten stoneren. Oplichters.

In the past I've ordered several license keys, usually without problems. Except for my last order.

On June 25th, I placed an order (33608) for an Office license. I have received the invoice on June 28th; however, the license key was not included.

I am trying to contact support via email, and via the chatfunctionality, however so far withou any result. That's why I now submit this review on trustpilot.

Question for Software License 4U: Could you please let me know when I can expect to receive the license key?

Purchased Licensce office 2021 pro and did not work. Tried contacting them and no reply and no money back.

Ondanks dat ChatGPT ze aanraadde blijkt het oplichting. Onbereikbaar en licentiecode niet ontvangen.

Een softwarepakket gekocht met licentiesleutel, op basis van eerdere ervaring met dit bedrijf. Na de vlotte afhandeling en betaling bleef de levering uit.
Enkele malen geprobeerd contact te krijgen liep dit op niets uit.

Zeer slecht, ondank vertrouenswekkende website en vlotte (iDeal) betaling ontving ik tot 2x toe licentiecodes die reeds in gebruik zijn. Na reclameren/klagen nog 5 dagen gewacht op antwoord. Helaas geld kwijt, illusie armer :(

Have ordered from this company many times. Had some issues from time to time with software keys not working or stating that the keys had already been used. My last 3 orders were placed, credit card was charged, got an email with the order number stating thank you. No keys were included. I disputed the last 3 orders and I am in process of getting my money back. I will never order from them again.

Can't award less than 1 star but that's what these scammers deserve :-( I have ordered Windows and Office keys from this company before and was sent valid and legitimate licences. This time around, the license sent was rubbish and my requests for support have been ignored. There are cheaper and more reliable services out there which can be found with a simple Google. Avoid this company or use at your own risk. Disappointing :-(

EXACTLY THE SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE! Ordered a license Windows 11 Pro, no response no license. Used before with no issues until now. Only just seen the reviews of others. Kicking myself I should have checked.

I ordered here in the past without issues. Sadly the most recent purchase (Windows 11 pro license) did not result in any sent license whatsoever. They took the money and do not react on any contact attempts for more than 24hrs on a business day (not by ticket nor e-mail). Seems like I enqueue myself in all the more recent bad reviews lately and will not purchase here anymore. Too bad... and at least I can warn others of these bad business practices.

Do NOT purchase products from this company. They will take your money and leave you with a non-functional product. The support they advertise does not exist, you will get no reply, you will have no recourse or any way to refund or exchange your purchase. This company is a total scam.

I have used them in the past getting keys for win7 ultimate and win10 pro and had no issues, but now I purchased a win11 pro and they took my money and gave me nothing in return but a SKU number in my invoice that does me nothing. I have messaged them many times and get no reply except to use the widget that no one seems to be monitoring. They have lost this customer forever, I hope these reviews reach people before anyone else gets scammed.

They took my money but did not give a license. They have not responded to the ticket system they want you to use or to any of the email addresses they want you to use. And this is even after tagging them, multiple times, via each option.

Boeven, geen geen refund als je je bestelling cancelled. Zitten niet voor niets op Curaçao.

Suspect scammers with unmonitored email system.
