SOGNA BOUTIQUE

Customer service is a disaster. I've been waiting almost 2 months for my order which is of course already paid for. For weeks I have been trying to get information from the company WHERE my package is. I do not receive any response! I would never order from this site again. No link of the shipment tracking works! Really lousy scam! I hope that I will get a response after they read this review!!!!

Customer service answered quickly when I asked for tracking, very nice and transparent.
The bag is super cute, really good quality and nicely crafted. I usually only buy more expensive leather bags, but this bag surely will be one of my favorites. The bag didn't smell bad, it even smelled like a leather shop, very pleasing! Thanks, I will order again for sure.

In love with the bag that I have ordered..nice quality and excellent customer service..answered on my question on same day..I would order once again :))

Such amazing bags and jewelry. So impressed with the quality and how fast that it arrived. Will definitely be purchasing more 😍

I have had the best experience shopping with Sogna Boutique.
Fast delivery, excellent quality bags and brilliant customer service.

I could not fault it and I love everything this brand stands for too 😍 10/10. Super happy!

I received the bag and I am not satisfied with it. Since 5 June, I have been sending regular emails to this company to return the bag. I do not receive any reply.

I love Sogna Boutique. My Joelene bag and vintage choker necklace are gorgeous. The collection is so stunning, I had to restrain myself from buying more. The quality and pricing are great, so I'll definitely be ordering more soon.

Sacs qui puent la mort, odeur insoutenable, très cher pour qualité médiocre et ne répondent pas aux mails.

I loved the beautiful bags and great quality. will buy again. I am really happy. Thanks. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

I have got 2 bags from Sogna and they are very lovely. Great quality bags and very stylish. I have also ordered some accessories and can’t wait to receive them.

If you've been looking for the perfect bag for a long time, then these bags are for you. Took two weeks to arrive, I didn’t have any problems with delivery. Great!
