I bought three bags two different times from Sogna and fell in love with the brand!
I really loved the product - trendy , cute and brilliant quality . Also I didn’t have any problems with delivery. To sum up - I enjoyed everything and recommend it!

I won their giveaway and received the bag - everything was fine, they were really nice. The bag I got is top quality and it's even better in person. It is really well made and has multiple pockets which is very good for women who have a lot of things in their bags haha

My order arrived in less than one month, the bag is exactly how I expected it to be!
The pictures on the website and on their Instagram page are 100% trustworthy, the bag is very well done, the fabric and the stitching are flawless, almost imperceptible!
They’re going to be one of my favourite bag shop!

Great bags but delivery method isn't so…
Great bags but delivery method isn't so clear, I've purchased 2 bags and I've received the first bag on a single shipment and the second one after 5 days. Doubting if my bag was lost I've tried to contact them in many ways (Whatsapp, several Mails and IG DM and posts to get a bit of attention) the reply was "Sorry but in this moment we are really Busy with our work" ---> which in a broader sense means "I'm not interested if you have a problem I'm too busy to care about you". I'm truly disappointed because bags are wonderful, well made and distinctive, but customer care needs to improve their procedures.
