Be aware of SOINYOU products, is low quality and not as the online picture shows. Return needs to be done to China and shipment back is expensive. My experience is that dealing with Soinyou is a waste of money and time.

The dresses shown do not correspond to the items delivered. Cheap Chinese goods are being delivered. Fraud.

i purchased a mens casual vest advertised as “fall fabric dark grey.” The photo looked like the vest had a tweed type of texture . What arrived was a light grey dress suit vest made of a 6oz summer weight suiting fabric. It was not as advertised and they expected me to pay the return shipping . To prove this review is legitimate my transaction number is ZOU78130

i even offered to do an even exchange for another item so the company could still at least make some money but they refused to pay the return shipping

They don't even warrant one star. Total SCAM. The lowest quality clothing I've ever seen from shop bought items. I cannot stress enough to avoid this company (and any that are associated). Personally I've spent over £100 to receive what can only be described as rubbish. Bad quality materials, badly made. I should have known better.

3 star because it was delivered - for the price I actually think they are delivering something "comparative" to the images they show.. however, it's not quite "genuine" - The effort and time to actually manufacture the product should be commended at the price point. but the business requires real investment to close the gap between marketing and customer expectation.

Terrible product, low quality. Absolute rip off! I paid over $60 for a shirt worth 2 cents. I am very upset. Embroidered western shirt is printed pattern on cheap nylon. I will never buy from this business again.

THE FOLLOWING ADDRESSES HAVE BEEN USED IN PLENTY OF SCAM BUSINESSES COMING OUT OF CHINA. the following addresses and names have been used as "return addresses" for companies named, fashionlala, soinyou, cotosen, cute shop, hulapick,berrylook, etc. those are scam shops i found in ten minutes of googling these addresses. tell your bank.

I can't believe I did not do a review search prior. Cleverly designed website with photos from other sites, pull you in and in the end it's our own damn fault.

Soinyou is the biggest scam going! I ordered two pair of DENIM trousers which cost close to 100 dollars on sale. What I received was the equivalent of low-grade pajama bottoms. The fabric is extremely thin and cheap. I realized that the picture on their website was actually from another designer ( Nigel C.). Soinyou, you should be ashamed of hocking your CHEAPLY MADE rags and disguising them as quality goods. Shame, shame Soinyou! Even more, this cheap took a month to deliver.

Poor quality polyester. REALLY poor. Stitching by the 3 Blind Mice and a teabag has a better flow to fabric.
I would go as far as to say that I think the web site photos are made up of clothing made using high end fabric. Polyester does not hang or fit as shown in photos.
WARNING. DO NOT WEAR IN HOT WEATHER AS FABRIC COULD MELT CAUSING INJURY

Awful website. Bad quality clothes, didn't receive a part of my order. The worst is when I asked for a refund, this is the email they wrote me

If I could place zeros stars I would! Terrible experience. ZERO communication. I placed my order in August for 6 items. Only have gotten 1 of those items. Reached out to the company several times but have gotten ZERO feedback. Do NOT buy from these people. Tried calling the number they provide and it simply tells you to email them. Can't even understand the email address they provide on the phone. Isn't the same email provided on the soinyou.com website. BUYER BEWARE!!

The worst pair of pants I've ever bought.
I mean it's comical. They are nothing like the pants in the picture on the website, the size was wrong, and the quality control is ridiculously bad.

Never received the items I ordered, no reply to enquires or demand for a refund. Fraudulent company…avoid!!

I ordered a pair of, what was advertised as sixteen ounce denim pants.... What I got was a paper thin pair of 100 percent Synthetic pants. Stretchy, cheap and definately not cotton or denim. I do not recommend this company. Also, they are blue and white. They are supposed to be Black and white. Weak.

I bought three trousers, only got two. The delivery took a month, way longer than advertised. The fit of the pants was right i.e. according to the web page’s size chart. They were supposed to be made of cotton, maybe they are but it doesn’t feel like it. (More of a polyester feel). I knew the quality was going to be deficient because of the price, but I didn’t imagine I will pay for three and only get two. Finally, it is extremely dishonest to use Pinterest/Instagram photos of expensive clothing to sell cheap knockoffs. Just put photos of the real product, the disappointment will be much less. (Edit Nov. 2021: after a couple of months they reimbursed me for the missing trousers)

They send clothes directly from China (don't have a UK office) and they smell really bad, poor quality with a lot of threads out of the clothe, terrible finition... a pure scam
