Sola Renewable Company Avaliações

It was between Sola and a large company and I choose Sola due to their amazing customer service, attention to detail, and quality of work on their social media.

I have no regrets, the work is amazing, and when I needed help with the app, Ryan went out of his way on a Sunday to show me how to work the app.

Very happy, and I’m sharing sola with my friends and family

Very happy

I am thrilled to share my experience with Sola who installed a GivEnergy AIO battery at my property in early March. The process was seamless and completed in less than a month, from the initial survey to the final installation, Ryan's dedication, support and professionalism throughout was exceptional, keeping me informed at all stages and ensuring I was completely satisfied with the installation.

The team's expertise shone through as they skillfully designed and installed the AIO battery remotely from the GivEnergy Gateway. But what truly set them apart was their willingness to go the extra mile to meet my requirements. Ryan provided invaluable assistance with additional electrical work, setting up a monitoring solution for my high power consuming circuits, which has been a game-changer.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan and the Sola team to anyone looking for a local, dedicated team to install renewable energy solutions. Their professionalism, expertise, and customer service are unparalleled, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you Sola for making this experience so positive and for helping me take a significant step towards a more sustainable future.

Ryan and his team were quality from start to finish.
Initially he took the time to go through the quote, and was flexible in discussing options, giving advice, and ensuring I had the best quote possible.

In the days leading up to install, he was flexible, and communication was great, ensuring I had all the information available and the process was clear. The scaffolding was installed a few days prior. On the day of the install, everything was punctual, clean, efficient and conducted to a high quality. Scaffolding was removed 1-2 days after.
Within 24 hours I had all the necessary paperwork, and payment was completed at this stage. Ryan has been communicative after the sale, with any issues.

Sola Renewable Company is thoroughly recommended.

Worked directly with Ryan Williams, who was a pleasure to work with and knew his stuff around the install and planning. His team were efficient and helpful and price was reasonable too. He managed to the complete the install in a day, so very pleased. In would definitely recommend him and the company, as he has and will go out if his way to help and answer any questions. As with any install you want smooth efficient work, in that respect I have no issues. Would definitely recommend this company to those that are thinking of installing Solar Panels

Extremely happy with the installation and service.

Ryan was really knowledgeable, and easy to get a hold of.

The installation was very neat, and the Givenergy app is Amazing.

Very happy 😊

We initially selected another company, but after they went into administration, we had to start our search from scratch. Opting to support a local business this time, we discovered Ryan and Sola through online search and great reviews. Though competitive in pricing, what truly impressed us was Ryan's extensive knowledge and personable approach, even gave me a past client as a telephone referee. His team of six managed to install the system efficiently on the year's shortest day, returning the next day for final touches. The scaffold setup and removal, was completed within a week. Ryan's punctuality, integrity, expertise, and enthusiasm are infectious , and his team exhibited professionalism, respect, and tidiness. Additionally, I've become quite enamored with my GivEnergy app! Ryan and his crew come highly recommended for their exceptional service and we're really happy with the results.

I was amazed with the installation and how professional the team was. They were efficient with answering all my questions. Would highly recommend.

Ryan was great from start to finish. Not only does he know his stuff technically, he took his time to understand our needs, walking us through options and answering our questions in detail. He recommended a system that is value for money, with no unnecessary costs. Installation proceeded exactly as he said it would, really good job by all his men, who also took care to clean up behind themselves. Even after the system was commissioned, Ryan took care to ensure we were up and running well and has checked in from time to time since to make sure everything is working ok.

Sola have been brilliant and I'd recommend them to anyone considering adding solar panels and/or a battery to your house.

In short:
Great communication
Super speedy admin
Top of the line kit specified
Good quality install
MCS and trustmark registered
Insurance backed warranty even if Sola were to go out of business
All handover documentation, MCS certificate/warranty etc provided

The longer version:

Great communication from start to finish, Ryan visited really promptly following my initial call to do a survey to see how many panels could go on the roof, decide on routes for cable runs and discuss suitable places for the battery to go. From there the quote was provided quickly (I think the same day) and once accepted he got onto the application to UK Power Networks immediately - this is something you need to be able to export any excess solar to the grid and I've heard that some installers wait until after the installation to do this which puts you on very thin ice if it happens to be declined. UKPN came back very quickly which confirmed we could have the inverter size I wanted and I only had to wait a couple of weeks for the install day - everyone involved with the installation were very polite guests in our home and despite my install being a bit more complex than some, it was all wrapped up within 2 days (and they even put up with my extra requests such as connecting the inverter using a network cable to my router instead of wireless and they even ran the cable for me). The scaffolding was put up the day before and taken down a couple of days later. There were a couple of tiles broken by the scaffolders which were repaired the following day without fuss by Ryan.

All of the admin was sorted really quickly - I have all of the warranty details, equipment specs and MCS certificates needed in a handover pack. My export meter info was received via email from UKPN a few days later and all I needed to do was apply for an export tariff with my electricity provider.

It's also worth mentioning the kit supplied - in my case a GivEnergy battery and inverter was installed and it's fantastic - we can obviously charge the batteries from solar but also overnight on the off-peak rate and it will also work with smart tariffs such as Octopus Flux. It comes with an app which gives you a really good overview of what's going on. It's some of the best you can get at a reasonable price and most other installers with comparable quotes specified much worse equipment like pylontech batteries and solis inverters which don't have the support, warranty, app or integrate with each other as well as the GivEnergy kit.

Even though we had our installation done in October we've already seen a drop in our bills, never needing peak rate electricity and supplementing a lot of our use from the solar panels.

Overall I'd recommend Sola to anyone looking for solar panels - great kit, installation, communication, warranty and Ryan is also just a really nice guy!

Great experience from the sales to install.
Competitive pricing and swift install.
Very happy.

A decent price. A very neat and tidy job. Ryan the salesman/ contact always available and very informative.

Installation went smoothly, the only hiccups were due to post-COVID supply chain and roofing-contractor availability problems, beyond the control of Sola. They kept me informed and we're very available to answer any questions I had.

The installers were very tidy and made sure I understood the system well before signing it off. I'm extremely happy with the panels!

SOLA Renewable Company has a very professional, polite, trustworthy team. They are specialists from A to Z!
I had all done within 2 weeks from Ryan 1st visit! Unbelievable!
Thank you Ryan for the great service 👍
Will recommend SOLA to all my family and friends.
