I heard about Solargain from a friend…
I heard about Solargain from a friend of mine and got a quote. The price was reasonable and Paul Harris was super helpful from the first day till the day the system was installed. No issues since then. I have recommended Solargain to a friend and I will be recommending them in the future to my friends and family.

Great company and staff. Highly recommended!
The workers were all very punctual. Turned up right on time or early. Easy company to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble with any queries or questions we had. They went to a lot of trouble to set up our software program so we could keep check on our panels. We are very happy with the company Solargain and would highly recommend them to anyone.

disappointing
The actual panels and storage batteries are excellent, but dealing with office was very difficlt indeed. No reply to phone calls , no call back everything seemed to be a one way street. Promised lots delivery below par

Power bill plummeted
Very happy with Solarguard. Salesman James visited twice with helpful information and reasonable price. Installing team excellent. Now we have much reduced powerbills.

Good service and great follow-ups
Solargain consultant Nick has given me multiple combinations to meet my demands on solar system, later technicians had done a good installation over rooftop. Tech guy in office has followed up and answered my concerns over AGL's issues on solar meters with patience.

Installation team was superb and very efficient…
Installation team was superb and very efficient, the system is working at full capacity and better still the extra cost for the app which monitors the system in real time on my phone and computer is a real bonus worth having as you can check on which appliances are drawing most power and the best times of the day to use appliances, plus how much energy you have used and exported.

Solar Gain were very professional
Solar Gain were very helpful in choosing the right product and the implementation went well. The panels are working well. Post implementation comms re inspection and integration with energy retailer and access to the solar production monitoring app could improve. Overall though we are very happy with Solar Gain. Thanks

Our install was a large home system of 56 panels
Our install was a large home system. The company started the installation on the day it was due and finished on time. The installers were very professional, they took the time to explain what they were doing and what the install entailed. They also explained in layman's terms, how the system worked and what to look for when monitoring the system. I am also pleased that Solargain upgraded the system with new design panels at no charge. The system has been operating for about 3 months with no issues. They also worked with our power company to get the rebate started. Just a complete package from start to finish.

We used Solargain and the install crew…
We used Solargain and the install crew was very efficient and polite, the job only took a few hours and they did a great job cleaning up any residual rubbish.
The electrician explained how the system worked and then the Solargain team advised of a login for the App to monitor the system.
We used Solargain as they are a local company and we can just drop in and have a chat if we have any future questions.
Great service.
