Good communications and an excellent performance. The system is working well.

Promp and efficient replacement of the inverter but rather expensive.

Efficient booking system, prompt response, very good service provided.

Booking the engineer appointment was painless and quick. On the day, Dom arrived on time. He's a lovely chap and carried out the inspection of the system carefully and efficiently. His report was thorough.
I will definitely use this company again.

Very helpful from the beginning. Did not wait long for an appointment and arrived at the time stated. Also a very pleasant fitter . A very good Company to deal with and would recommend.

Very quick and efficient and very pleasant.

Replied promptly to initial enquiry. First technician diagnosed fault and arranged for repair. Repair technician arrived on time and almost rebuilt system, putting right what appears to have been a shoddy installation. All working fine for last 4 days.

Good efficient service. The installation of the new inverter was speedy and we received a 10 year guarantee. We could recommend this firm.

Fast efficient service - very informative and professional - would highly recommend

Paul and his team were friendly on time efficient and did a very good job.

The folks who came over to assess our issue and give us a solution not only did that but also explained the ins and outs of the system and the tariff bands etc which for first time solar users was incredibly useful. We were given options for solutions at low, medium and higher cost and were able to tailor the service which suited us.

Very good service, very friendly, Always kept us informed.

Great communication, easy to book. Very well knowledgeable engineers. Give good advice and would recommend them to any and everyone. Great value for money.

Very useful and informative conversation about how to upgrade my system followed by being kept informed about my installation, including answers to my questions. Louise, the installation guy was really good, courteous and totally took account of my wishes re placement of inverter, battery and wiring with space for the addition of an extra battery in the future. Also explained how the system operated and helped me with the app. I would recommend this company.

The visit was on time, Louis the engineer sorted the problem very quickly, he is a very nice chap and very helpful.

The two engineers were prompt and efficient and removed the inverter without mess.

I have waited to check that my panels are now working before submitting my review. They are now fully functioning and I am getting my feed-in tariff payments again. I had scaffolding up for an emergency roof repair the week before their work began and they kindly dismantled that so their scaffolding could be erected early. When they took away their scaffolding after the panel work was done they left 7 large wooden boards that their scaffolding was resting on which I had to get rid of at the local tip. It would have been good if they had also removed the left over pieces of pigeon nesting material that were taken from behind the panels prior to adding the meshing and had accumulated on my bay roof and the dead pigeon chick and broken eggs. Hence I haven’t given the maximum rating.
