Excellent customer service ! The tracksuit came in less than a week which was really good as I had somewhere to go on the weekend. The tracksuit was authentic as I’ve had trouble previously with fake items. Overall I will shop again.

I have checked the tracking information for your order and your order was shipped on 21.02.2022 and delivery was attempted on 22.02.2022. There was no answer so the order was taken to your local Royal Mail customer service point awaiting redelivery or collection. It now shows that the order has been collected today by yourself and signed for by JOHNSON which is your surname.
If you have any further questions, please just drop me an email at info@soledecree.co.uk. I requested you email us via facebook messenger but since then, I have not received an email.
I pride myself in delivering all orders in a timely manner and a 1-star review doesn’t help a small business owner like myself especially when it seems your order has arrived safely.

Unfortunately, still being a small business and a consignment store, we do not yet offer returns or exchanges for orders that are correctly shipped and have no sign of fault. Hopefully soon!

I ordered the Trapstar Chenile Decoded tracksuit for my son for Xmas. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Was worried I wouldn’t receive in time for Xmas, These guys went above and beyond to try get it to me in time.
I will 100% be using these guys again.
The tracksuit itself it’s top notch !
