Brilliant trainer seller
I have bought from this authentic seller numerous times & on each occasion I was not disappointed. Very good communication throughout, constant reassurance and proof of shipment every time. Fast shipping and on many occasion they’ve purchased shoes specifically for me. Always a happy shopper when shopping with them.

Bad return policy.
I received my order and the size didn’t fit so naturally I contacted them to request an exchange but I was told that they don’t do refunds or exchanges and that all sales are final as stated in they’re FAQ’s and that they advise to go up 2 sizes in the brand I ordered. However I did have to point out that this advise is not stated on the product page so it wouldn’t have accrued to me to check for this in the FAQ’s.
I then informed them that under the long distance selling act I was entitled to at least an exchange but again they refused so I have had to raise a dispute with PayPal as it’s unfair for me to be stuck with a product that costs nearly £200 and can’t use.

We apologise for your experience with us. Once you contacted us for an exchange, we advised that the information on our website is sufficient for you to be sure to purchase your correct size. There are some footwear that do not fit ‘true to size’ and for this, we have a recommended size guide for all our customers. Returns and exchanges for us as a consignment store aren’t possible at this time unfortunately but we do hope we can change this in the near future!
