Do not touch this outfit. Walking boots took 3 weeks to arrive (from China), tatty packaging, very poor quality (my wife would not let me even take them to a charity shop), and were not the size I ordered.
An effusive email from Claire at Solerina offered me a some choices:
• A 30% refund, processed immediately — no need to send the product back.
• Return the product via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. Once we receive and inspect it to ensure it's unused and in original condition, we’ll issue a refund minus a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping is at your cost.
• A full 100% store credit so you can pick a different item or size.
• A free replacement — no need to return the original item.

I asked for a full refund and offered to return the boots in person to their 'Covent Garden store'. I don't think it exists - but in any case my several emails went unanswered. Claire seems to have vanished, so I don't feel 'supported' or 'cared for'. £45 down the drain. That'll teach me.

I have paid £50 for boots from this company. They have not arrived and they are refusing to refund my money as they say it is not their responsibility to make sure of delivery and are therefore keeping my money.

Well the dress has finally arrived after I threatened them with Watchdog, again I couldn’t give zero stars but honestly the dress is a joke. It’s cheap material that is puckered and badly stitched, no seams are finished off just threads sticking out so if you trimmed them the seams no doubt would come undone. I’m going to give it to a charity shop as I wouldn’t allow my granddaughter out of the door in this utter rubbish, please don’t waste your money!!

SCAM! I paid for VIP Express and track,
My delivery is still in China! I originally thought the company was in the UK, it’s all falsely advertised. It’s been nearly 4 weeks and I have no update on the order. The tracking still says it’s in China. The company replied to my first 2 email and now they don’t reply at all. We need to report, ban this company and get our money back!!

Totally different dress received. Told I need to return at my expense (over £30 as sending to china, not U.K. as the web site suggests). Do not buy from them.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. This company is the worst. I placed an order a month ago and the ‘parcel’ is supposedly still processing for over 3 weeks. Tried emailing them multiple times and only replied once saying they were going to chase it up for me. My friend also placed an order and received a completely different dress to what she ordered. She asked for a refund as it was their fault and they came back saying she must cover the shipping costs which is outrageous. We’ve already contacted the international trading standards and an investigation has started. BIGGEST SCAMMERS

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Ordered this 4 weeks ago it arrived today Saturday, which I wasn't fussed at because I was organising an outfit for September time however, I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a maxi floral corset white and blue dress and the dress they sent me was NOTHING what the dress I ordered looked like, you couldn't even say the pattern was the same or if it was even a corset dress plus the material was cheap and tacky. I have been back and forth asking for my refund, presented them with evidence of what I was expecting and what I received and that they are scamming me by sending me a completely different dress to what I ordered, only to be told if I want a refund I have to send the goods back at my expense??? EH HELLO I DONT THINK SO. They are saying it's in their returns policy, which I read and it's absolutely not there. They want me to spend £37 to send a package back to them for my dress that cost me £44.95 to only basically get back £7.95. Are these folk delusional? AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE AS ITS A SCAM

Item took over four weeks to come. When the coat arrived the quality was terrible. I have requested a refund and I haven’t had a response. I’m contacting trading standards as I have sent them two emails regarding a refund.

I read a review of the business just after placing my order so immediately requested for my order to be cancelled and a refund issued, but this was denied and I was told that I'd have to wait for the item to be shipped and returned to get my money back.

Its been 10 days, the tracking number shows the item is still in China and I've had no response to my emails.

Avoid

If you want your item dispatched four weeks after you order it, then this is the company for you. If you want to receive your item almost 6 weeks after you order it, then this is the company for you. If you expect to never get a response to your queries, than this is the company for you. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered an item 2nd February 2025 And I have only received this item today 11th March 2025 After sending several emails with no response. I didn’t actually want the item anymore because they had taken so long to dispatch it and my birthday had passed. Then these people dispatch and deliver it and still haven’t responded. I don’t need this item anymore, but I’m scared to even return it because i am worried that I won’t get a response or a refund.
I am so shocked there are no reviews after experiences this nonsense. Absolutely disgraceful service and non existent customer service.
