Do not touch this outfit. Walking boots took 3 weeks to arrive (from China), tatty packaging, very poor quality (my wife would not let me even take them to a charity shop), and were not the size I ordered.
An effusive email from Claire at Solerina offered me a some choices:
• A 30% refund, processed immediately — no need to send the product back.
• Return the product via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. Once we receive and inspect it to ensure it's unused and in original condition, we’ll issue a refund minus a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping is at your cost.
• A full 100% store credit so you can pick a different item or size.
• A free replacement — no need to return the original item.
Please let me know which option works best for you — I’ll make sure to have it processed for you as smoothly as possible.

I asked for a full refund and offered to return the boots in person to their 'Covent Garden store'. I don't think it exists - but in any case my several emails went unanswered. Claire seems to have vanished, so I don't feel 'supported' or 'cared for'. £45 down the drain. That'll teach me.
