Bought 2 dresses online £62 in March and has never arrived !! Scam company

Dresses ordered in March not arrived suprise suprise !
Looking at all the reviews and not suprised I’m one of those who fell for this scam company
Sent emails no reply
Terrible to see how many of us have lost money

I order 3 things from these people in February I have a tracking number but the items have still failed to arrive. I’ve emailed so many times asking for updates and a refund and no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Like others on here, I placed an order, received nothing and my emails are going unanswered. They’re actually now bouncing back and their website has disappeared, which is ominous. The courier tracking no. they sent me doesn’t work. I’ve received a refund via my credit card company, which I would urge others to do.

Ordered 2 dresses on 25th March and have not received the order and no response to my emails. They need to be investigated as they are obviously a scam and taking peoples money.

I saw a dress on line, paid and never received it even after chasing on email and getting response that my queries will be investigated.

UNSCRUPULOUS!! Ipurchased a two pice set in March 2025. This set was advertised with long sleeves and the fabric looked in the picture of good quality. Two sets arrived to my home, on checking my bank details, I was charged for two sets. When I received these ‘garments’ OH MY GOODNESS!! they looked like a cheap lining material and has SHORT sleeves. After numerous emails to this Company including photos, they are not responding at all. There’s no business address or phone number to contact these unscrupulous people. I have lost over £70 that I cannot afford to lose. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!! Karma with get you.

Item arrived needed to return as too big wish but no reply from numerous emails.

I ordered a dress, the quality of the material was awful and the design did not fit me. I’ve contacted them to return it for a refund but it’s impossible. They don’t reply to my emails. There Was no returns slip in the delivery. Do not order from these people.

I have contacted this company numerous times to try and return an item. There’s an automated response saying they’ll respond within 12-24hrs. Three weeks later and having sent four requests not one word. Give them a wide berth as needless to say the item is poor quality and does not resemble its image on the website.

Ordered a dress 26th march. No response from 2 emails even though they say they will be back in touch within 12-24 hours. Click on shipping details and says ready to be shipped. Awful service and like everyone says it’s prob a scam which I fell for!!

Same experience as other by reading the reviews! I ordered three dresses 23rd March £89 was paid & dresses still haven’t arrived. Chased via email twice with no response

Just get an automated email offering me 10% to buy again
No information about my dress. No sign or dress, no refund
Starting to think this is NOT a legit company

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Nothing like the dress I ordered from the website has arrived - cheap nasty fabric - wouldn’t pay £5 for it! Sent two emails requesting immediate refund - but from reading the other reviews doubt I’ll get it!

Wish this had never popped up on Facebook. Complete scam company, like everyone else, I’ve paid for something that’s not going to arrive, no response to emails, and a useless Chinese tracking number!

I agree with everyone else. Ordered a dress but not arrived and no way of tracking. Sure it’s a scam. Do not use!
