Everything. I paid for equipment December 2023. It still has not been delivered despite saying they have some issues but will be shipping soon.

Ordered the product 12 months ago, after 8 months of delayed delivery I cancelled my order and was promised a refund. It's been four months with lots of excuses for the delay and now they have stopped responding to my emails. From my perspective this company is a scam. Do not do business with them.

I would give no stars. Ordered product a year ago, and never received it. Canceled and requested a refund on several occasions, company has stopped answering my emails and I still haven't gotten my refund. Do not purchase anything from this company. Nothing but a scam.

Quick update. Nothing. Seeing a lot of the same problem. Contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau British Columbia and get help though them. Additionally, you can find me on Facebook (same name and picture). Maybe we can join forces?

Like many of the others on here, I am still waiting to receive my solostrength gym. I ordered over a year ago now and every time I ask for even basic information about what the wait is for, if I get anything at all, I get some rambling that explains nothing and provides no valuable info. The last time I asked (a couple of weeks ago), I got no response at all. I think it's time to get a refund and go with something I'll actually get a shot at receiving.

I ordered and paid for this equipment December 2023. The site said it would deliver in one month. I have been emailing back every couple of months with several excuses, then supposedly the company had a merger or something, and since then really no contact. Their website implies submit and order and it will ship right away. This is obviously not the case. I am over a year and no equipment. I have not asked for the money back yet because I suspect like others on this site, I won't get the money back.

Checked in on July 3, 2024, to ask when the items would be shipped.

Like other reviews here on Trustpilot, I got the same messages about production delays.

Order cancelled via email on July 29 after many text and email exchanges.

Several months of more emails and text messages confirmed that a refund would be processed, but I was not refunded.

Their responses, when I got any, were professional. The problem is they took my money, didn’t fulfill the order and then failed to refund me.

It became clear to me that the company was unable or unwilling to refund my money, so I turned to my credit card company to cancel the transaction.

I also reported the company to the Better Business Bureau; they have an F rating.

Buyer beware!

I ordered and paid for a SoloStrength Gym on June 25th, 2024... Still waiting for it. The only communication from the company is that they had delays on July 24th but would be shipping in several weeks.... Now they don't respond to my emails, calls or chats or anything. Had to dispute it on my credit card. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A SCAM/RIPOFF!

I ordered one of these back in November 2023. Got a bunch of emails about how there was a production and shipping delay. Beyond their control…..blah blah blah. I requested a cancellation and refund twice from this company. The second time Michael agreed, but I never received a refund. This was back in June 2024. July I reached out and Michael said he would look into it. I reached out again and I got an email about how they are going through some merger. I just want my money. It’s not like these things are cheap. I spent over $1000 and didn’t receive anything. Anyone looking to do business with these people should be absolutely wary. Is this product real? Is this a real company?

The product looked good but what happened after the order wasn't expected. It's been more than a year I ordered a freestanding pull up bar and the order is still not fulfilled. Support is forwarding me to a webpage telling that everything is on backorder is shipping in a month which never happens. I don't even know how legit is the business at this point.
