The service i receive from Somerlap is second to none. Every order i place is dealt with swiftly. From the hundreds of pallets that i purchase, i have never had an issue with the delivery or the pallets themselves. Every delivery is timely, and if there has ever been an issue i am informed immediately. I would highly recommend Somerlap for standard or bespoke pallets and timber in general. Brilliant company to deal with. We have been using Somerlap Forest Products since meeting Steve Frazer back in August 2023 and they have been our main supplier of pallets since then.
As a stone and masonry supplier, working from two separate quarries, we order thousands of pallets per year and use Somerlap to supply both our euro pallets and our 1m x 1m two way pallets, stamped with the individual quarry name on them.
Somerlap happily handle our split orders, delivering separate quantities and types to our two sites. We have never had a problem with our orders, and therefore recommend Somerlap.

We have been using somerlap for pallets for a while now and have had a great experience, Always delivered on time with outstanding customer service, Very polite and helpful.
