Somerlap Pallets & Fencing Products Avaliações

We used Somerlap for our pallets. The response to the enquiry was swift & the delivery happened the following week. Overall a great customer experience. We will use them again & highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service. Been ordering from Somerlap for several years now, recently had an usual request and they were able to fulfil with no problem.
Would highly recommend.

I have been using Somerlap for a number of years as a business user and there service is very good. We have pallets specially made and I can honestly say we have never had any issues. I have bought various other products from Somerlap and always been of good quality. The staff there are very helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Very trustworthy pallet supplier. Deliveries are always on time and a few times when we've needed to expedite deliveries Somerlap have been able to accommodate. Would highly recommend this supplier.

we use them for our pallet needs - cant fault the service and products - would recommend

Fantastic company! Deliveries on time and great quality pallets! Lovely team of people who are great to work with and offer a fantastic service!

Do not work this appalling company I have worked here recently and the workplace is full of abuse and discrimination theres no care at all in the pallets being manufactured nails sticking out everywhere to which I cut my hand on the other day the forklift drivers seem to be of there face on top of all that

Hello I am writing this review cox this company is dreadful I bought 1000 pallets and 70 percent was broken and it took moths for the delivery so if I was you don’t ever buy nothing from this company

Easy ordering, quick delivery when stated, good looking well made picket fence for the price

Thankyou :-)

I filed a dispute with Somerlap because I was not happy with the quality of their products. Not only they supply poor quality products but they are also very laid back about resolving the issue

I have used Somerlap for several years for both personal and business installations and they have always been friendly, helpful and, although rarely required, swift to resolve issues when they occur.

The Office Team are amazing, they're fast to respond and always try their best to cater to customer requests, even at very short notice.

The Yard Team are fantastic and always show willing to assist in loading, which can't be said for a lot of their competitors.

Some time before Storm Darragh hit, I ordered fence panels, posts, boards and postcrete to be delivered. Somerlap only deliver to my postcode on a Friday (which is fair enough). When the delivery arrived, the driver admitted that he’d forgotten to put the gravel boards on. He said that a friend would drop them round later together with the paperwork.

By Monday lunchtime there was still no sign of the boards or paperwork. I phoned the office. I was informed that the boards had been delivered and had been placed over my side gate. I looked, no sign of them. The response: “Oh, OK I’ll get them delivered.”

Wednesday and still no sign of the boards or paperwork. I phone again. The office has no idea why I’ve been lied to 3 times. I’m told that the boards will be delivered later.

I wish I could say that the boards were worth waiting for. They weren’t - one had significant damage to it.

Well at least there’s some consistency. The quality of their service is matched by the quality of their product.
