Our well water tasted of broccoli farts and hard boiled eggs. Then we got HidtoViv! Now our showers, taps, and faucets produce palatable fresh water for our enjoyment. The cost, even with future filter replacements, is thousands of dollars cheaper than the 6 stage filtration system we’d have to install in the well house. Plus, those replacement filters are more each, than the 2-3 we replace for our home. All in all, the filter replacement with HidroViv is 1/8th the cost.

I ordered the wrong size dress, emailed the company, and they gave me simple instructions for exchanging. As soon as they received my return, they shipped the new dress, which I received 3 days earlier than estimated. Great service.

They were fantastic and helpful with an exchange I made. The clothing is quality, beautifully made. You can tell they care about what they are doing.

I ordered a victorian coat with the thought that it maybe could have been altered for me in length since there was a "free customization" campaign going on. It turned out this didn't apply to the specific kind of garment I ordered -- it should be clearer in the advertisement and not say that it applies to "all" garments.

The dress is beautiful and I love it!! The tea towel and wrinkle spray was an unexpected delight :)

Son de Flor never fails to amaze me! When I started looking for a prom dress, I stumbled across their page and immediately fell inlove. Their website is very well structured, it has relatable pictures, the measuring system is very accurate, so it's almost Impossible to shop the wrong piece.
They also ship as fast as possible and wrap your order very beautiful, and with a little extra in a pocket which I appreciated very much.

I recently had to return an item to SondeFlor which didn't fit. They were excellent. The process was very clear and Dovile wrote to say they would process it quickly. The parcel took a long time between Australia and Lithuania but they were understanding and gracious at all times. When received I received my full refund within a day or two. The company is a class act. Superb quality clothes, good processes and a friendly attitude to their customers which is much appreciated. Every wish for a successful 2024 SondeFlor.

I love many of their dresses, but they are quite expensive, so I was excited to see that a dress I liked in my size came up on their used section. It was still quite expensive, so I was disappointed that when it came, there’s an obvious pull in the zipper area like the reason someone got rid of it was that it was too small for them. For me it fits well but this flaw in the garment should have been noted as I wouldn’t have spent so much money on it. Not even sure if it’s possible to fix it, but that really ruined it for me.
