Shopping went smoothly and the customer service was great. It took only a couple of days for my my clothes to ship to Finland and the clothes are so beautiful. Again. Of course. ;)

I tried the Peplum jacket in a couple different sizes. I loved it in a small, however the area under the arm is far too low so I have no movement. Sadly, I had to return it.
The fabric and cut otherwise is a dream.
When the vest version of the peplum comes back in black. I will be purchasing it. The rest of the garment fit like a dream and I adore the peplum detailing. It fits well with my style and wardrobe.

After trying my new clothes from Sondeflor I instantly knew that they are going to be my new favorites! They are very well made, fit true to size and the fabrics feel great! I highly recommend the brand!

I have bought 3 dresses and 1 trousers so far and I love the quality of the fabric and the overall experience of slow fashion.
I had ordered in May, 2023 and over the span of 2+ months the customer service communicated very friendly and generously with me, took back a faulty dress for free and sent out new ones and when the shipping company lost the package, they sent out new ones. In that regard, they are amazing!

PROS:
- Amazing customer service
- great quality fabric
- designs timeless
- packaging thoughtful and sweet
- practical measurements tool on the website (if you enter your measurements it will suggest the sizes for each product you are looking at)

CONS:
- My Charlotte trousers have lost very quickly already 2 buttons and they were sewed with/into the fabric so actually the fabric is damaged now. Usually, when I buy clothes in store they always have at least 1 spare button attached to the label or so and for their prices that should be a given.
- as mentioned I had a faulty dress as well and overall I see lack of quality with mainly the seams (they are crooked) in my other dresses as well but most of them can be overlooked I decided to keep them
- they are on the pricier side even though they seem to have a discount code (almost) all the time for some reason
- Dresses with sleeves need to take into account the arms circumferences and I have muscular-chubbier but not fat ones and most dresses with short sleeves won't fit me apparently when I communicated with customer service with my measurements. They should include those measurements on the website and offer different options there as well because for summer time I'd like to be able to wear dresses with short sleeves.
- This is a personal negative for me: I don't want to see traditional women's clothing on (biological) men; I was happy to have found a conservative clothing company for women but they caved under the agenda of being "inclusive" as well (but don't make inclusive sleeves or sizes). I know: where to start/draw the line but well...

I am absolutely delighted with my new Smock Dress. The linen is from a wonderful quality and I love the cosy feel of it. It’s very comfortable to wear and I love the timeless cottagecore style.

Super fast responses to my questions, the size calculator was spot on, delivery was amazingly fast to the other side of the world! Love the items, am sending one thing back, not because I don’t love it but because it doesn’t suit me. I learned about you through the controversy on Twitter and was glad to support you. Can’t wait to wear the dress!

I had been eyeing their clothing for a while but was hesitant since I couldn't try it on and wasn't sure which styles would suit me best. I ended up getting a wrap dress and wrap skirt as I thought those would offer a little more flexibility with the sizing. They came super fast. The fabric took some time to get used to as it is quite different from the synthetic fast fashions you find in stores, so I wore it a bit to get used to it. It is very high quality fabric, very well put together and sturdy, but with a very elegant, feminine design. It can get a bit wrinkly but that's part of its charm. I liked them when I first put them on, but the more I wear them, the more I fall in love with them. The more I wear them, the softer they feel, and they just make me feel lovely wearing them. I'm very happy with my purchases and am looking forward to getting more from here in the future. I think I will try a different style next time.
My only note is that sometimes the colors don't quite look like they do in the pictures. I got the dress in vintage pink and it looked light pink in pictures but in person it looks a bit more like a salmon pink, not what I expected, but it looks great on. It really depends on the light and where you are.

I ordered the Smock dress in Marsala red in size 2xl. I am completely delighted with it! The colour is a little darker than the pictures and the dress is longer than I anticipated (I'm 5'4") but I love both these things. The fit is perfect and it feels really comfortable. It appears well made and was beautifully packaged. I don't normally spend so much on a dress so this is an investment piece for me; I'm so happy I took the plunge. I would happily buy from Son de Flor again.

I ordered the Butterfly Sleeve Dress, Short Sleeve (size XS) and Scarlet Shirt, Long Sleeve (size XS).
My waist is between 67-70 depending on the day, and both the shirt and dress fit nicely. The dress has a looser fit compared to the shirt which is reflected in the advertisement photos.

There was a delay in making the dress. The team were very proactive in communicating with me, but never answered my question about expected timeframe. They just said they were working on it and offered for me to choose a different colour dress or have a refund. I decided to wait and the dress arrived about 3.5 weeks after I ordered it.

My only constructive feedback would be that if the team were able to provide a timeframe (e.g. "the dress will be ready to ship in 5 days") it would have helped calm my mind.

But I really like the garments. The seams are finished nicely, the colours are as I expected them and the fabric feels and looks nice.

Great company, the dresses are amazing quality and really worth the investment in my opinion.
Ordering and sending back is very easy and fast, only downside is the shipping cost for sending an order back.

I love this piece, it fits perfectly, it is fresh and stylish. When I wear it I feel femminine and classy. I usually wear an Italian 42, in this case I purchased a XS and it is great.

It was great. The dress I ordered arrived much faster than I expected. I love it. Already washed it 2 times and looks the same.
