The technician smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, which negatively impacted the massage experience.
The technician only performed for 30 minutes even though I purchased a 60 minute session.
The skill of the technician was if she was still an intern practicing to learn rather than an 5 year professional as her profile stated.
Unfortunately I tipped in advance of the service.

The massage sessions are great. Corresponding with Soothe was an issue though. I sent an email & never received a response.

My self and Sandra were both first time clients. Our experience was amazing, this was my very first massage. I have to say I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

Therapists were on time, friendly, and used my feedback to make the massage very relaxing and reinvigorating.

I have not had the best luck with therapists. This last appointment was a couples massage Vanessa was amazing my husband had a great massage. My therapist was geared more towards deep tissue even though I had requested Swedish. My massage was very painful and not relaxing. Prior to that the last couples massage I had the sheets smelled like rancid oil and the table was so narrow my body barely fit (I am 5’4” 125lbs) prior to that I had a woman that talked the entire massage. I have sense blocked all of these therapists. But for the price you pay I would say the quality has really declined over the years. I have used Soothe for 10+ years. I have been very disappointed with the quality of therapists, their equipment and overall presentation.

Trying to cancel my account and I can't "pause" membership long enough to use my earned points.

Person didn’t show up and I think that if that happens there should be some type of compensation to the customer. I planned my day around it and if I didn’t show up I would lose my money.

The app is difficult to navigate if you want to try a new provider. Also, the massage therapists are routinely late or cancel on the same day after confirming.

They were both great, asked if any areas to focus on & worked on them.

The massage recipient said, "It was the best massage I've ever had!" He reported that the masseuse was very kind & professional. She checked in on him throughout the service to ensure that he was comfortable. He asked us to schedule another appointment right away.

There is never anyone available to book. I have a $150 gift card I was never able to use for over a year of trying. Horrible service, I dont understand why they dont let providers post their availability instead of having you choose an arbitrary time no one is available. I guess ill be trashing this gift card and moving on.

Tried to schedule, didn't work. Tried deleting my account. Didn't work, there's no option to do it unless you download the app. Red flags.
