3 pairs and counting
I have now just received my 3rd pair of SW. I haven’t worn them yet but loving the summer look ( espadrille) they are a perfect fit.
I have a pair of ankle boots which I love, and a pair of stripy shoes. They are so comfortable. Fortunately I haven’t had to contact customer service for anything

Customer service
We contacted Sophia Webster due to a fault with a pair of sliders. They were very understanding on the telephone and sent over the form to complete. On completion, email correspondence was very quick from Kajal and their customer service has been brilliant. Would definitely order again from them.

I am in love with my heels
I am in love with my heels. I’ve dreamt about owning a pair since the first release of the pink blossom butterfly heels I was then 13-14 I am now 20 and was finally able to purchase my first pair. The delivery was so fast it was at my house in just 2 days. Unfortunately they are not my size they are big and they are sold out in my size but I am so in love with every shoe this company releases! 💕

Hi Zoan,
Thank you so much for getting in touch about the Chiara's! We're so pleased that you're a fan of the brand and we're really sorry that they are sold out in your size.
We would definitely recommend signing up to the stock alerts in the event we do get more of your size in as you'll be one of the first to know that they've come back.
In the meantime, if we can help with anything else, please do let us know!

Hi again,
I'm so sorry that you've not received an update as of yet.
We had thought that we'd been in touch with you however, I'm concerned that we've not been receiving your emails and therefore I've requested some more information from you so I can look into this with immediate effect and with the upmost urgency.
If you can provide some further information at your earliest convenience, I'll have this escalated to our logistics team to help us identify where this issue has come from.
We do also have our phone lines open so I'm so sorry that this hasn't worked for you - I'd love to look into that further via email once I've received your details.
Best,
