I have emailed this company twice and sent social media messages to no response regarding my faulty table that i purchased 4 months ago and they have not responded. Do not use this company!

I can’t recommend Soren’s House enough - bought several items now, all delivered quickly, well packaged, great quality products and customer service is spot on.

Very mixed experience so far. I ordered two items - one in stock and one with an expected delivery in a few weeks. The in-stock item arrived within a reasonable timeframe and was well packaged. However, the second item is now two weeks overdue compared to the original delivery estimate.

Customer service does not proactively update you about delays; you have to chase for information, and even then the responses are robotic and incomplete. Phone calls go unanswered. I like to support small businesses, but not when professionalism is lacking.

Update: poor communication and delays resume. For context when ordering, on the website 4 weeks was indicated, it’s been now just over 6 weeks and still no shipping confirmation. Being a small business doesn’t excuse this behaviour and incorrect delivery estimates provided when ordering.

I purchased the Finnsøn ASTRID Eco Universal Stroller Mittens for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She recently had a baby. She absolutely loves them and has been using them since Christmas whenever she takes our granddaughter out for a walk. Dad has also been sneaking his hands inside them as well! She like having the ability to keep warm and have the use of her fingers when she needs them. They can be left attached to the pram. Great product. Delivery was quick and packaging perfect.

Ordered a Kas Kopenhagen cot which is absolutely stunning! Arrived well within the stated delivery time and the couriers and assemble team were great.

Ordered two art prints for grandson’s nursery as first Christmas present. Three day delivery. Ten days later not received. Tried to phone and leave message - cut off. Sent email. No reply. Sent messages through automated links - email saying delivery would be sent that day and would receive email updates. Christmas Eve - no updates, no order received, no Christmas present for grandson’s first Christmas. Money taken. Really disappointed. Terrible customer service. Want to support independent retailers online but cannot support Soren’s House sadly.

Purchased bottles for my kid , but we’re not good quality and not what I expected considering the price of them , they refused to return them and sent them back , really liked this company always used it for all my kids stuff but never again , avoid at all cost

We were missing some of the parts from our daughters crib which were lost when we moved house. We just could not find anywhere that stocked these parts until I contacted Soren's House and they were able to get hold of exactly what we needed. They were a huge help and very friendly.
