I love good food for can easy help to lose weight.

Great and tasty vegetarian food. Some meals are definitely better than others but overall think they taste great and fresh. Good portion sizes too.

I had seen the Soulara ads for a while, but had tried at least 3 other meal delivery services before finally ordering with Soulara. The food is magnificent (and healthy!), and I’ve finally found the provider I’ve been looking for (and will stay with!). I’ve twice spoken to their customer service team - both times it was an efficient and friendly experience, where they put my needs first. My diet is better, I have more time for myself, and best of all it’s affordable. Highly recommended.

Delicious food, feels so healthy and balanced. Love the diverse menu, the meals are exciting. The portion sizes are perfect (filling but controlled), and great value for money. Makes eating healthy so easy! However, it would be great if the packaging can be changed to 100% compostable (eg. BioPak) rather than plastic. That's the only downside!

Love the meals...however could be just a little larger. Don’t like the new packaging with the sticker over it, would much prefer the old packaging with the cardboard sleeve.

Easy to order, easy to skip weeks, no hassles with delivery.
Good portions. Food is tasty and we have not, not enjoyed a meal. Good variety of dishes.
Thank you - it makes my life so much easier as I do not have the energy or inclination to cook myself a nutritious vegan meal after a 9 hour shift at work.

A nutritional meal balanced meal and vegetarian is the best qualities of this product

Soulara is reliable and caring. I can count on them to supply me with fresh, delicious meals that ensure I get my daily nutrients. Being a learning vegan, and someone who doesn't enjoy cooking, it can be difficult knowing if I'm getting my daily nutrients and healthy nutritional meals but Soulara has me covered. Thanks guys. More currys please!!! Haha

This food is amazing. It is really tasty and good value. Being plant based the helpings are probably larger than a lot of other ready made meal deliveries so really filling. I love that they have a low calorie series that I can choose from. They are also fresh rather than frozen which is fantastic. All of my deliveries have been made on time with great packaging that keeps everything cold. It is easy to pause your order or increase/decrease the no. of meals you want.

Great food , great selection and new dishes regularly. The meals are generous, I thought small at first but I was definitely eating too big a meal before Soulara and now find there food is enough. Good for maintaining weight. So much choice and really tasty and fresh

We love Soulara for weekday convenience. Meals are tasty, varied and nutritious. It's super easy to order, reduce or increase order size, or skip a week. Containers are recyclable but it would be amazing if deliveries arrived in re-usable chiller boxes, and if the meals containers were a little more environmentally friendly.

Number one is that Soulara meals are vegan. Eating kindly is my priority. The food is nutritious and portion controlled which is not the case when I cook for myself! I wish there were not so many spicy meals which upset my stomach the next day and dishes containing kale and green beans, both of which I detest. I think I’ve been ordering Soulara for around two years now.

I really love the food from Soulara. Great portion sizes and such good variety of meals. Literally saves my sanity as a full time worker with 2 kids under 5 to know that dinner is taken care of every night for me and my husband. I definitely have my favourites but have liked almost every meal I have tried so far.

I'm using these delicious meals for my weekday work lunches. I'm impressed with the variety of meals, the freshness and the flavour.

I have nothing but praise for the quality and quantity of the food and the excellent service, both have truly exceeded my expectations and I would and in fact have recommended Soulara to many people at least 2 that I know of are now also enjoying the hassle free high quality meals...... well done to all the team, even the delivery guys in Brisbane that you contract are fantastic

Very reliable, deliveries are well insulated and always on the day expected.
A bit heavy on the calorie count would be the only downside to these meals.

Soulara is an amazing food service. The food is so yummy, healthy and vegan. I recommend Soulara to everyone who is looking for a pre made food service.

Overall very satisfied however, there has been a couple of occasions where I have received a wrong meal.
