I love Soulara, I have been a subscriber/customer since they started, because I was already scowering the internet for a vegetarian meal service!

The meals are constantly evolving, adding new flavours & ingredients. I have never found better. Their website & subscription system makes it easy to only get as much food as you need.

They are a great, consistent, responsive brand. Thank you for feeding me your great food over these many years!

The meal sizes are great, they taste fresh and delicious! The delivery is so reliable and the variety of meals to choose from goes across different cuisines. I like that you can filter the options by ingredients (eg with chili or without nuts) and there are still heaps of meals to choose from!

Always fresh, super tasty and well-portioned plant-based goodness. The flavours haven't been "blandified" for wider appeal. They are true to their origins within reason. I look forward to my meals and delivery each week.

First plant base meal provider that I have actually enjoyed. Every meal is delicious and there’s such a nice variety as opposed to getting the same basic meals over and over until you get sick of them

I decided to try Soulara when returning to work from maternity leave. I didn't want the extra stress of making lunch and knew I would opt for unhealthy options if I didn't meal prep. Soulara's meals have been amazing! They come Monday so I have breakfast and lunch for the week, they're filling enough with healthy ingredients so I don't have a post lunch crash. I have been pleasantly surprised with the flavors of each meal, definitely the best of the premade meal delivery services I have tried!

Soulara has been the perfect fit for my busy lifestyle! I am a vegetarian which is made even easier by Soulara's plant based menu! Being time poor, I can easily put these fresh and healthy meals into the microwave for only 3 minutes! You can tell all ingredients is prepared fresh and the meal sizes are just right, I never feel hungry after a meal! Highly recommend Soulara!

The meals are really tasty and there’s a great variety as the menu is updated almost every week. The lentil bolognese is my favourite 😍

I've been using Soulara for about a month and I had to leave a review because I'm quite impressed. Often pre cooked meals can be quite bland, lifeless and lacking in vitality (YouFoodz) but this is not the case with Soulara. Soulara feels and tastes quite fresh and is loaded with vegetables and flavour. Their larger serving sizes and high protein options are just right for when you're hungry and overall the service does not cost that much more than the boxes you need to cook yourself (like Dinnerly and HelloFresh), considering the time you save. Soulara is quite versatile, you can bang one in the microwave for a quick lunch, or you can heat it up at home in a pan, add your own extra ingredients and flavours and put it on a plate to really make it shine. Soulara has great variety too, from pastas to curries, noodles, stir frys desserts, breakfasts, juices and even Kombucha. Probably the only downside would be the pastas, but I don't think that's their fault because I don't think pre cooked pasta can keep properly.

If you want to pick a plant based meal box service that isn't too much of a sacrifice in flavour, nutrition, convenience or cost, then this is the one!

I am absolutely hooked!! Every meal I have tried is incredible and so much flavour! The range of options is amazing!! The entire process from start to finish is super easy as well! I’ve been vegetarian for 22 years and have struggled to find GOOD pre made meals. Safe to say I’m only ever getting them from Soulara from now on! Thank you xx

I love the soulara meals very tasty and full of flavour. I recommend to everyone.

Personally, I find that plant-based meals help me function better during the day as they are not as heavy to digest as meals with animal products. I’m also a student who has to do several weeks of placement which includes lots of assessments!
Having Soulara meals as an option has been a big relief, both mentally and financially! When my subscription is active I’ve been able to focus on my work experience and assessments without stressing about food or my grocery budget.

Soulara have a decent variety of meal options on the menu, all of the options I tried were quite lovely! My only dislike is the Textured Vegetable Protein (something about the flavour and texture of it that makes my brain short-circuit!), but that’s a personal preference and Soulara has plenty of options that don’t include TVP.

Taking into consideration the time, money and effort required to plan, prepare and serve meals, my Soulara subscription has proved worth it!

It takes a bit of exploration of the website to figure out how to make everything work, but with a little bit of patience and curiosity it’s easy to navigate! Pausing my subscription and re-starting it when needed has been an absolute breeze!

I’m more than happy for Soulara to remain digital in terms of customer service, as I feel like this is a major contribution to their reasonable subscription prices.

Soulara has been a nice change for me, I'm the only vegan in my family so I generally don't put a lot of effort into my meals but with Soulara I've been able to have something different and tasty every day. The meal sizes are perfect for me and nearly everything I've received I've loved. Took me a bit to realise that on a Friday you can alter your meals but it's for 2 weeks time's meals not the following week which caused some confusion but now I've worked that out it's been great.

tasty vegan meals that have been well thought-out (not just meat replaced in normal meals), very flavoursome, yet to find a meal I don't like! Great customer service, timely delivery, meals are easy to reheat in a microwave, great to take to work for a super easy vegan meal, excellent for late nights when I can't be bothered to cook, recyclable packaging

Finally, somewhere that provides a great variety of vegetarian meals! Have really enjoyed all the meals I have received from Soulara. They are fresh and easy to prepare (just 3mins in the microwave). Tasty and importantly not boring - so much variety to choose from!

My adult son needed consistent healthy option for dinner without having to rely on someone cooking for him. He now has a much more balanced diet and I dont have to worry that he is missing out. He is enjoying the range and taste of the meals and looks forward to his delivery each week.

The meals are delicious, varied, and substantial! So much better than any others I’ve tried.

I've tried othee meal deliveries and the quality and taste of Soulara is by far the best. Delicious plant based meals. Customer service has been wonderful too. Easy to pause and change subscriptions and a decent range of options. Would highly recommend.
