Meals are delicious and nutritious.. definitely worth doing! Also loveee that they are one of the only meal services that can cater to me being coeliac and vegetarian.

As a meal service,the food cannot be faulted . They are tasty with lots of choices online. The website is easy to navigate and keeps your chosen menu online so it automatically repeats or if I wish I can make changes.
As a solo person it works out to be a very economical choice, I would find it difficult to have all the ingredients on hand to produce these plant based meals at an affordable price. Good work Soulara.

I feel good after a Soulara meal, i feel nourished. The meals are balanced and tasty. As a big guy I find the large portion is enough and delivers the protein. I'm really really happy.

All the meals have been tasty and with a variety of interesting veggies.

Pleasantly surprised with Soulara! The portion sizes are decent as is but there is an option to choose a larger portion size too.
Ingredients are for the most part really good!
The food is really flavoursome and the meal options are varied so there is something for everyone.
My only constructive feedback would be that there is a lot of plastic waste involved in meal deliveries so I’d love to see a take back scheme or instructions on how best to minimise packaging waste.

As someone who doesn't always want to cook after a long day, I've been looking for a meal delivery service that can cater to my diet. Finally I've found one that gives me a great choice of delicious, plant based meals and the wide selection is so refreshing. For once, I can enjoy all the meals on the menu! Soulara, you've made me a very happy vegan 😊

Really good variety of meals, healthy, fresh & amazing taste

Soulara offers the perfect option if you’re vegetarian or just wishing to cut out a lot of meat from your diet. My husband is loving the meals. He has Soulara meals for lunch and dinner. The meals are great vale, great tasting, high quality ingredients and as they are not calorie dense they’re also assisting with weight loss. I would happily recommend Soulara meals.

Easy to use website, perfectly packaged deliveries and good variety of meals! I would highly recommend Soulara! They’ve saved me so much time and energy!

I have tried other meal kits and being a vegetarian I love the range of delicious meals that Soulara offers. The other companies I tried I got bored of the options but this is not an issue with Soulara. I have enjoyed every meal I have tried and am looking forward to seeing the new ones in future!

The meals are delicious with plenty of variety. It’s great knowing this easy option is nutritious and helping me looking after myself better during those weeks.

These services are never really cheap but I think Soulara is worth it for the convenience. I get a box delivered once every couple weeks and it's very easy to change the timing, quantity and the food you order. I think 80% of the meals have been delicious, and if you don't like one there's a big selection of others to pick from. Overall I'm very happy with it.
