Excellent service, always delivered on time and packed well

I buy the one pot meals. They are a perfect size for lunches and quite filling. I have tried them all apart from the ones with quinoa, as I don't like it.
They are really healthy and very tasty, just a few minutes in the microwave and you are good to go.

I was so looking forward to receiving my first order with you. The order went through and the payment was fine and I even got a confirmation email letting me know when the items would arrive. However the next day I received another email stating you don't deliver to my area and so you would be cancelling my much wanted order.

Now I may live in the Highlands, and geographically the Highlands is still in mainland UK, so I don't understand why deliveries from your company can not be made to my area. I live 10 minutes away from the city of Inverness so I am still confused as to why we are penalised when it comes to trying to purchase goods that we would like, only to be let down by certain company's that do not have geographical knowledge of the UK.

It;s a shame as your food items looked so appealing and I would like to think that after purchasing some of your items, I would have become a regular customer of yours.

Great tasting food - tastes home cooked. Also great variety.

I ordered a 7 day 'box'.
The delivered box had 2 of the items where the top had been pierced so it was not handled correctly and I had no idea of the condition of the fresh food.
One of the items , although it had a 'USE BY' date within a few days time was showing as 'inflated' so again I was not sure of the freshness.

The other items were fine and I did enjoy those labelled as spicy.
Therefore I was mainly disappointed with the fact that the handling and freshness of some items was not done properly, considering how much was paid.

All round excellent... food and service!

I love these tasty and healthy meals I usually take one to work for lunch to be honest I haven’t tasted one I don’t like it’s a pity that supermarkets never stock the full range

Really delicious food wether you are vegan or not.
Rush a quick pot to fill a hole.
Better to put into a bowl a take some time, it is so good to eat food with a depth of flavour created with skill and quality ingredients.

Very efficient, great communication and packaging

Ordered 5 days in advance and these imbeciles sent order late, did not contact me, or inform me what was going on till i contacted them. All round poor communication. The incompetence comes from sending order to the wrong address, then letting me know a day later, your order is not going to be delivered. We can deliver it one week later, oh great thanks but will you deliver it to the right address. Absolute joke of a company. Seem very lazy and inconsiderate, i will assume its just like there food. I will never recommend mediocrity and incompetence. I wont be using them again and buyer beware.

Just amazing. I've had a so many great vegan meal options recently. I feel this company take a pride in great flavours, great ingredients and proper textures.

Overall very good vegan food. Not a vegan myself (currently vegetarian) and was positively amazed by taste and the nutritional values (a lot of other vegan options I see have high carbs and fat and are low in protein). Could be 5 stars if the minimal free delivery order was lower in price or if the food had slightly longer use by dates (I didn’t manage to finish all of the food before it expired and the texture from a couple of packs I put in the freezer was nowhere near as nice) or if more supermarkets stocked your products (currently only saw limited options in whole foods which is too far away to go there frequently).

I've made multiple orders through Soulful and every time they've been brilliant. There emails are straightforward and easy to understand and their is a good level of communication until the delivery is received. The courier they use always seem to deliver on time, are able to find the address and don't tend to mishandle the parcels either. The food itself is excellent and full of flavour, filling and bursting with goodness. My personal favourite is the lentil dhal which is one of the best microwave curries i have ever tasted and would hold its own against super premium brands. They're generously portioned and I like they they're packed full of goodness. They also freeze perfectly and are easy to defrost for a quick meal. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Food absolutely gorgeous, delivery awful DPD. Food left outside someone else’s house all day in heat. Took hours to locate.

I’m going through chemotherapy and everything tasted horrible for sometime BUT not Soulful Food vegan food offerings!!

The prepackaged week supply box was very good value for money and I will definitely buy again!!

It ticks all my boxes, vegan, healthy, nutritious, delicious and not cooked by me! The quantities were generous and even my “meat and two veg” husband loved them!
