Excellent service
Excellent service from start to finish. Sarah, the store manager, was extremely helpful and nice, and promptly packaged my order and had it dispatched in no time. It arrived in Sydney the next day. I have no reservations in recommending Southern Cross Fitness.

Clarify delivery service
I received 1 email from Bigpost saying the item would be delivered at 5:00pm Tuesday when I only ordered it Monday morning. I rang and spoke with someone from SouthernCross after this time lapsed and she said that it had only just been collected and that the item was in transit and would be delivered at 5:00 Thursday (today). Just got home at 2:50 where there was a pink note from Freight Brothers left at 11:40am. Didn't deliver as I wasn't there. I had selected the option to leave the item - this didn't happen. And 11:40 am is no where near 5:00pm. It is being redelivered tomorrow some time between 10:00 and 12:00. The freight company says it doesn't deliver late anyway. Poor communication between the shop and the freight people.
