Great experience with Larissa, very thorough and relaxing

The massages are great. I have had four - 3 of which were very good. However, they absolutely hound customers with offers and direct messages. I keep getting phone calls from them from different numbers while I’m at work and after I have asked them to stop calling - have been phoned about 10 times in the past month and am also getting constant texts and emails. It’s a weird mismatch to market themselves like this when the actual service is very good. It’s really making me not want to go there anymore and I don’t think I will renew my package with them. If you work in marketing at the Spa please look at how you are doing direct marketing as it’s very off-putting.

I had the best massage with Zina (my favourite and go to therapist) she fixes me every time and I always feeling lighter with not a care in the world. Highly recommend!

Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had in my life! The attention to every single part of my body is incredible. I had massage done by Daria who was so attentive and at the same time strong despite her small build she did incredible job with a deep tissue massage! Arm and leg part were my favourite! Also, I couldn’t believe how toned I looked after, so it’s definitely a lymphatic draining process too! Will be definitely coming back but this time for 2 hours! Also tea after is soo refreshing ending 👏🏻

I have been using this firm for 6 months now, purchasing several bundles for excellent savings per massage. The staff are professional, attentive and genuinely committed to resolving any issues I have suffered from. As a result of this, I will be continuing to use Spa & Massage for my requirements.

From the welcome being warm to being shown through to the room in a professional manner.

The massage itself I received was a one hour deep tissue and it was delightful. The masseuse really knew about the body and was able to assist in the issues I had.

I go to Spa and Massage on a weekly basis because it's an amazing place to go to get a relaxing massage. The therapists are all very good and always manage to ease any tension and soreness I may have accumulated over the week. The ambience of the place is relaxing and peaceful.

Such an incredible experience, I can’t recommend this place enough. The heated massage bed was amazing and made it so relaxing from start to finish.

Incredible deep tissue massage with Larisa, who accommodated my running late and focused on the exact areas that needed attention. Proper amount of pressure used and loosened tight muscles/knots. I have since bought the very afforable package deal. The team online, in person, and the booking system are all fantastic too. Lovely environment and atmosphere in the spa. Thank you! 😊

Thank you Agnieszka who gave me a 60minute massage. I was very relaxed and felt like she released a lot of built up tension in my neck. She focussed on the areas I told her were causing me the most stiffness. The spa is very clean and feels professional. Whilst waiting you are offered domplementary Buddha tea which is really delicious.

Really fresh and professional facilities, with a nice welcoming staff. Lola gave me an amazing massage, have gone twice and will definitely go again, big recommend!
