From the very first Biomedical assessment appointment, Josie, our bio-nutrient practitioner was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to get to know our son and had a good understanding of his needs and what we as parents were wanting to address.
She supported us at every step, suggesting changes to treatment when needed, but not unnecessarily. Our son has AuDHD and struggled with anxiety, poor sleep and low mood; after some blood/urine tests, Josie was able to devise a program of supplements that have supported any biochemical imbalances and addressed emotional dysregulation. We had regular follow up sessions to discuss improvements & any changes to treatment - there have been very positive improvements for our son over the last year & we feel that this has been as a direct result of the our sessions with Josie.

The overall experience with key clinic has been fantastic from start to finish. Josie has been very friendly since our first meeting and a comforting presence through this journey. She’s been a great help and very patient in every meeting. We started off by talking through our aims from the service and what tests would be suitable based on our son’s profile. Josie explained everything step by step and was very helpful with any additional questions we had. We felt like we were in good hands and her experience shone through. The regimen that we settled on not only took into account the supplements needed but also how they would fit in with our routine as a family. We’re very pleased to have found this service and can already see long lasting benefits.

The neuromature program has been transformational for my son who has ADHD, reducing his anxiety and improving his behaviour, writing and comfort within school.

We embarked on a journey with our 8 year old son, following a recommendation from a friend.

Emma was friendly and supportive throughout. The whole process lasted nearly a year and covered Auditory therapy and Neurodevelopmental therapy. Both therapies have had a positive impact and whilst the auditory therapy did not rebalance our son's hearing completely it did bring improvements. The Neurodevelopmental therapy certainly does take commitment, which they told us at the start, but again for us did generate positive results and we now have a calmer and less fidgety child.

We've been working with the Key Clinic for around four months now. We have seen great progress with our six-year old boy, having used all three programmes (Bright Beatz, Bio Medical and and Neuro Mature). The work that the Clinic has done with him has looked at the root cause of his symptoms and we have as a result been able to correct his zinc, ferritin and b6 vitamin deficiencies. Illustrating the progress that has been made, our son was awarded the end of term class prize at his school. Practitioners at the Key Clinic are knowledgeable, professional and caring and we have benefited hugely from (and enjoyed working with) them.

We were so happy to discover Key Clinic after years of searching for ways to help our daughter with Sensory Processing Disorder and Autism. We have just finished a 6-month nutritional regime with amazing results. The biomedical report made us understand what our daughter’s body needs. The dedication Bhavini (focused on addressing biomedical imbalances) and Nikki (specialising in neurodevelopmental exercises) showed in supporting our son went far beyond our expectations. In just six months, his progress has exceeded what we had hoped for, improving his regulation, boosting his reading skills, and helping him overcome challenges he once faced. The programme focuses on strengthening the core of your child, tackling root causes rather than just masking the difficulties through labelling from the education system.

After following the 'Brightbeatz' and Neurodevelopmental programme for our son we almost didn't choose to follow the Biomedical programme as he was making great progress. I am so pleased that we did! Our son has mild autism and through the Key Clinic was diagnosed with Pyrrole disorder. After following the Biomedical programme his sleep, anxiety, mood, concentration and motivation have improved immensely. Josie has been an absolute delight to work with. She is a great listener, professional, kind and caring and has been an enormous help to us throughout the programme offering great support every step of the way. We approached the Key Clinic on the recommendation of a friend and planned to do the work on retained reflexes for our 10 year old son, but it was recommneded that we try the BioMed programme with Maria first. Having been a complete skeptic about supplements and the importance of our gut biome, I am completely converted. Our son was volatile, angry and having toddler style meltdowns, and was unable to follow even simple instructions at home.

After the first few months (where we couldn't see any progress) about three months in the changes really started showing. He is now calm, responsible and almost completely self-sufficient. He is happier at school and finding it easier to make friends, and our home life is a lot more peaceful. He has also stopped having the frequent infections that had plagued him for the last three years (requiring antibiotics about 6 times a year).
Maria has been lovely - so supportive, and really listens to the feedback so we weren't having to force massive dietary changes on an already picky eater.

Our family has been with The Key Clinic for over a year, and my teenage son and I have had the pleasure of working with Bhavini. Her patience, attentive listening, and understanding of our family dynamic have been invaluable in helping us find a healthy way for my son to manage his ADHD. The deep insights she has provided into his well-being, along with the use of supplements, have not only improved his overall health but also positively influenced his mindset. It has been reassuring to know we are supporting him on the path to a happy and healthy adulthood. While The Key Clinic is an investment, I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a natural approach to health and well-being.

Both of our children (twins age 10 years) attended the clinic. Both completed the NeuroMature Program and one, in addition, completed the Biomedical Program.

Over the months we saw a number of changes in both children in concentration, focus, calmness and sleep patterns - however, the improvement was more pronounced in the child who followed the biomedical program too. At school there was an improvement in academic work.

The team are highly skilled, knowledgeable and extremely professional. The clinicians were very approachable and provided all the information and guidance we needed which made the process easier. They were also available for further questions as needed.

I can't recommend the great work that the Key Clinic does enough - excellent! Our thanks go to all staff however, we would like to highlight Emma and Olga for their outstanding support throughout the programs. They are two outstanding health professionals.

It felt like a shot in the dark, as we really did not know if all the suggestions from the Key Clinic would work (or really understand how!) but a year on and the changes were amazing. We may have started late as our child was 13 when we approached the Key Clinic, but we went from an angry, depressed child who didn’t even want to sit GCSEs and couldn’t wait to leave school, to a child who is now thinking about A-levels, is happy, social, keen to participate and even willing to compete! I am not going to lie, at times it was challenging and a lot to take on, but you are guided and helped along the way and within 3 months we could see benefits. The earlier you start this process the better!

We would like to thank all team. Within 9 months we had a great progress and we received a lot of support during our journey. Highly recommend.
