Ordered goods on a next day delivery basis. 5 days later no goods. Customer service department very difficult to contact and clearly had no intention of contacting me directly to discuss the problem. I would strongly recommend not purchasing from this company

ABSOLUTE JOKE! Charge you for the product you want then send you out any old crap, when you’ve paid extra for next day delivery. They don’t have a contact number and you’re just expected to sit around until they decide to email you back. I’ve had no response yet, it’s an absolute shambles. I paid for 2.5 m water supply and drain pipe for my dishwasher and got some random drainage pipe of the wrong length, completely useless.

Bought 2 items . 1 item missing from the delivery but quickly remedied with email and quick response.
Cheaper parts than originals and good service.

Terrible customer service! Avoid

I ordered a replacement oven glass through the company’s Amazon page, but unfortunately this smashed during cooking.
The company replaced the panel free of charge and it was delivered very quickly.
Great customer service and reasonably priced.
Would definitely use again and recommend

I would like to make it perfectly clear after a previous review I left regarding "Spares2Go" trading on Amazon & eBay. The Buisness Spares2GoUk" has nothing whatsover to do with the "buisness who trade (or did) on Amazon. Spares2GOUK are a fully registered and reputable Buisness based in Kent area. The spares2Go on Amazon are in Cheshire, Ellsmere Port and have obviously "stolen" the good trading name of the above Buisness. I have contacted Amazon by phone today and have been assured that infact the spares2go trading from Amazon have been recently removed from the platform due to reported issues. Please do NOT confuse this outfit with The Spares2GOUK based in Kent, it is NOT the same company.
