Over a month ago, we ordered a cleaning from Yaz-Mut based on these reviews. We had it scheduled for 8am on a Saturday morning. By 9am the cleaner hadn't arrived, and I had left several voicemails for the office. When I was finally contacted at 10am, I was told that the cleaner had car issues, and they wanted me to give them a second chance. I did and that cleaner showed up 30 minutes late also... the follow-up cleaning was amazing, but come on...

I had scheduled another cleaning for 11am yesterday, a Sunday. By 11:30am it was the same story as last time -- no call, no answers, nothing. When I was finally called back an hour after the scheduled time, I was too frustrated to give them another chance. They asked again to give them a second (third?) chance, but I declined.

Overall, disappointed that they struggle to keep their commitments. The cleaning is great, but in my experience you cannot rely on them showing up on time, or even at all. And when they are late, they don't call and let you know, it's up to you to chase them.

We got Yas-Mut cleaning service for the new flat we were going to move. Although we agreed on only cleaning carpets and disinfection of two bathrooms, when Yassin arrived we had a look at the flat together. He is very professional, trustworthy and transparent. He definitely respects what he is doing and is very helpful to the customer. I kindly asked for cleaning of some walls with a lot of stains which we couldn’t reach. During the time they spent in the flat, they did an amazing job; further cleaning of several places they’ve seen dirty. Flat was literally shining at the end. They worked really quickly and neatly. It’s not easy to find such companies that are committed to deliver what’s agreed. I definitely recommend Yas-Mut to everyone! And for sure, after we move, we will continue to get their service!

If you book Yas-Mut cleaning service, make sure Yassin himself is the one who provides it. He sent a member of his team to my apartment, and the results are really not what I expected. I had very high expectations after the reviews I had seen, and then I realised my disappointment is probably due to the fact that he didn't do the cleaning himself. Piece of advice: don't book unless Yassin is available.

I scheduled the service after reading multiple reviews and I was thoroughly satisfied. The original cleaner was sick and the owner himself called and ended up coming with another cleaner within the hour of the original service.

The entire apartment is very clean got rid of tough grease stains as well as limescale buildup.

I already scheduled my next service.

My flat is literally sparkling - And more than when we moved into the place. Yassin was brilliant - more so considering the constraints of my tools available for him to work with. This was his first time cleaning our flat, so he didn’t know what he was walking into, and he had done a very thorough job. I have changed services of multiple cleaners and am so glad to have found Yas-Mut - finally I’m sticking with their services.

My flat is now sparkling. Amazing clean and service. I would definitely recommend them and will not be returning to my previous cleaners.

Believe me this is the best cleaning service in terms of perfection, quality of work, customer satisfaction, entertaining last minute appointments.

I had to mention this, I initially scheduled Miss maid cleaning service for my apartment on 31st August but their system auto-cancelled my appointment for not providing card pre authorization details which I felt not the safest way of doing the payment. So asked for payment link which they didnt provide but sent me cancellation email on 30th August. I understand they have a process but why dont they give a call to the customer before canceling the appointment. They cannot expect customer to keep checking emails when the relocation is happening.. Due to which I was left no choice due to time constraints and then started enquiring every other cleaning companies but couldnt find any slot for the next day.

After researching a lot, I found Yas Mut services and almost every review was satisfying. So I called them, got hold of Yassin who was extremely helpful and flexible to accommodate a last minute appointment at late in the night(9 pm). I had only 1 day to complete end of tenancy cleaning for my apartment. Yassin assured me that the job will be done 100% which gave more confidence on them. Believe me guys, Yas Mut arrived the next morning 7 am on time with their team and did a excellent job. I was totally satisfied with their service.

Dont hesitate to go for Yas Mut. They are the best in town as per my experience. Keep it up team !!

Yassin and his team simply went above and beyond to ensure the end of tenancy cleaning for our 5 bedroom flat was spot on.

Sharing with students they had a big task on their hands and they left the place immaculate.

Yassin’s personal commitment to clean meant he was there in the morning and didn’t leave until the evening.

I’m screaming their praises to anyone who will listen and honestly I would of been happy to pay a couple hundred more for their services (which are ridiculously good value for money). So much so that both me and my other flat mate tipped!

Yassin was brilliant!! Absolutely brilliant! I can’t rate the service or the attention to detail highly enough. As cliche as it sounds Yassin takes pride in his work and always asked if there was anything else he could do to the point where my balcony has never looked cleaner. My flat is cleaner than the day I moved in!

This was my first time with Yassin and without a doubt I’ve found myself a reliable, friendly and high quality cleaning service. I shan’t be using anyone else and I would highly highly recommend using them if you haven’t done so already.

EDITED: My first review indicated that they were good cleaners but they left a huge stain at my ceiling. Thats not good cleaning. Thats why I'm taking back another star. Yassin made a huge stain on the ceiling in the bathroom. When I asked to him if it was done by him, he was 100% sure that he didn’t do it. I know for a fact that that stain wasn’t there before because I take a shower everyday and see that ceiling. When trying to explain these over the phone, he didn’t listen to me and shut me up while I was speaking as if I must listen to him and not give any answers. Trying to be smart and not taking responsibility for those actions are not something that I tolerate when doing business. His arrogance made this a terrible experience. I will never use them again.

Wonderful service! Yas and his team did a superb job for us and stayed much later than I expected to get everything finished. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and will certainly be using them again.
