I would say that Afzal and his workers are very efficient and helpful. Come on time to do their work and if you have any problems elsewhere they will help you correct them. Excellent is all that I can say about them, no problems at all.

What can I say about them that would give them the praise deserving of a hard working establishment
As chairman of Sea Vista complex
Which consists of 55 apartments
Large communal grounds & 2 pools
I was put in a difficult situation when our previous company left with little notice
At that time we were having some problems with our communal pool
Afzal was recommended to me & he responded within an hour of my call
We discussed at length our problem & he assured me he would get us up and running within days
Without us having to commit to a contractual obligation
I took a chance on this company & Afzal delivered all he promissed and more besides
That was 5 years ago & needless to say we awarded Sparkle Homes the maintenance Contract
Renewed anually
Afzal and his team are still managing our site with the greatest of care and attention.
I have instant communication with Afzal and his team via
WhatsApp & email & of course when I am on site regular personal visits
He gives sound advice & very conscientious of our tight budget.
He has a good knowledge of what holiday home visitors need & expect as well as good language skills.
Afzals team are polite clean respectful efficient employees
Afzal is a hands on director
Overseeing his staff and any remedial works
My recommendation of this company is worth more than the 5 stars attributed.
I reside in UK and totally depend on their professionalism & good factual communication.
More so during these difficult pandemic times when we are unable to travel and deal with issues first hand
