I used Specialist Property Lawyers for both my recent house sale and purchase. They were by far the best conveyancers I have used at a competitive price. I mostly dealt with Lorraine who was extremely helpful. She regularly kept us updated with progress, responded to emails promptly, always answered my calls and worked really hard to push our buyer’s not so efficient solicitors to complete by our deadline.
