Highly recommend Specialist Property Lawyers
The conveyancing with Specialist Property Lawyers was the smoothest and easiest we have experienced so far and this was our sixth move, and we had to contend with lockdown days before we were due to move. Lorraine Down who was our conveyancer was extremely helpful and kept us fully informed of the whole process. They were very efficient and managed to get us moved within 4 days once lockdown started to open up. Our thanks to Lorraine for all her brilliant work.

I can't speak highly enough of Specialist Property Lawyers. Moving is a stressful business as everyone knows but having this company deal with the legal side of your move is the best choice you will make! I used SPL through the Vickery & Co "All in One" package and was very impressed by their excellent communications and especially their persistence with resolving a complex contractual issue. Simon West was the primary solicitor dealing with our case and he did an excellent job in explaining the issues and options for resolution. Having used a number of conveyancing companies in the past, SPL were by far the best.

Absolutely excellent - don’t go anywhere else.
They made exchange and completion with an extremely difficult buyer as smooth as it could have been. Every single conversation we had left me feeling like they were totally in my corner and very sympathetic to our situation. We were lucky enough to have the services of Lorraine; she was superb.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for thorough legal advice in a friendly, courteous and utterly professional manner.

What an amazing team of professionals at Specialist Property Lawyers. Lorraine dealt with my sale and purchase and went above and beyond to conclude before Christmas and gave sound advice all the way through. Nothing was too much trouble.

Reasonably-priced quote and an excellent service from SPL from start to finish. Most of the business was by email and phone but some post and a visit by myself to sign something that came up unexpectedly. Great to have a local company. I understand that one party in our chain had a cheap remote conveyancer in London and that was a problem for them involving several journeys to and fro.
