I have been trying to redeem for 2 days now. For some reason , my proof of address is in pending status. I have sent several emails and getting no response back.This is ridiculous considering every other platform.I have used , it is instant verification. I will probably never use this site again

So far im just awaiting my "instant redemption" 3 days later. I was already verified and it was a weekend so I gave them the benefit of the doubt even though casinos that have a true instant redemption still send it on weekends. So waited til monday still didnt get it and now going into to tuesday still is processing drives me crazy when companies try to lure people in with instant redemption but only a couple sites actually do redeem instantly like COINZ, MODO, MY PRIZE so if you want instant redemption try there this is garbage promising one thi g and doing another. Smh. If they didnt call it instant I would have even given a bad review but the fact that they call it instant and it isnt is puzzling. Anything for an extra buck I guess.

I am on the fence right now with this site. I played and was able to redeem 150 debit card redeem but it has been sitting there "Pending Authorization" for 2 days, emails go unanswered as well. Games play just fine and had no problem getting verified but the unresponsiveness is a bit unnerving. I guess the good thing in my book is you can not cancel your redemption so I will just wait and see how it goes.

BUt the funny thing I read on the site was they claim to have the "fastest payouts around". Thanks I needed a good laugh today.

EDIT: I upgraded them to 3 stars since they did pay on the 3rd day after redemption, so at least I know they do pay but they are NOT the "fastest payouts around" like they claim on their site but I am sure I will still play here once in a while.

I go to withdraw there’s two options one says instant withdrawal and other isn’t obviously who isn’t going to use instant I wait 24hours contact support and they define instant as 3-5 business days idc if I have to wait the falseness and Blaint lying to you I’m now updating this 2 days later still haven’t received funds and support want reply

Probably one of the worst casinos out there if you live in Arizona. 90% of the games that you can play on all the others casinos you can't play here very hard to win and it's not just you know your typical Casino you know that these machines are tight they're they don't you don't win at all stay away from this casino

Currently very displeased. Signup and verification were no issue, playing games no problem, but I submitted a redemption request and so far total silence. I received no confirmation email, there’s no way to cancel my redemption. I’ve sent 3 emails since it’s the only way to contact them and have not received a response. There’s no info on the site about redemption times, BUT, it’s been less than 24 hours so I’m staying optimistic for now. Will update if there’s comes a resolution.

Update: So they are legit but the lack of communication leaves a bit of discomfort and uncertainty since they are so new. The redemption was very quick and easy though, less then 24 hours, simply added my card and clicked redeem. A confirmation email as well would ease concerns IMO.

literally let me sign . up and even buy a coin package. then says it’s not available when i play most games. find coins either which gold should be able. but i found one that worked but then stopped. so i guess they’re a scam idk i want my money
