HORRIBLE! If I could give it no stars I would. I purchased a first-time user package for $9.99 and received $22.00. I turned that into $100 and redeemed. Everything went through initially. Then I woke up to an email from them saying my redemption was returned and my account was blocked. FOR NO REASON AT ALL. I sent an email to customer service and they said they couldn't disclose why they did this. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

I am not entirely sure why this platform has only 3.8 Stars I give it a Solid 5 the customer service is great and fast they actually answer all of my questions. Great variety of games great bonuses love the wheel daily. Quite a few potential ways to get bonuses many promotions. Overall great platform👏

Customer Service is not good. I had an issue with my address and support just wanted to argue with me instead of helping me fix it.

One of my go to sites. Support is beyond helpful and quick to resolve any issue you may have. Fast redemption everytime, larger amounts might take a bit longer. 100% recommend!

My experience was not great with zumo.us after leaving a good review. I had some pending redemptions and they asked for more documentation. I sent that in, it was for my Apple Card that I used for purchases. Apple doesn’t display the last 4 digits of card on the statement, apparently that’s a problem even though I showed the transactions and my name tied to it. They cancelled my redemptions and said once I can provide a statement with that then I can redeem. Redemptions take forever as well, all apart of their tactic to make you cancel and keep playing. It started out good with the site but too good to be true it proved once you try to get your money out
