Do not order anything.
They sent worthless whiskey stones and mucked around re refund/ replacement.

Bestilte 5 flasker whisky, modtog 9 sten, en ynkelig pose og elendig tanger i en trækasse. Fik straks et svar fra Sophia(AI) genereret via mail. Lover en løsning. Ynkelig selskab, ingen moral. Hvordan kan denne reklame fortsætte med at snyde folk.

IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO SUE THEN I WOULD. VERY DEFINITELY A SCAM SINCE IT TRIES TO PROMOTE FINE BOTTLES OF SPIRITS BUT THE END RESULT TOTALLY FALSE. TOTALLY CONNED. 😡👎🤮

Ordered 5 bottles whiskey, received 9 stones,a pathetic bag & crap tongs in a wooden box. Emailed immediately received a reply from Emily(AI) generated. Promising a resolution. Pathetic company, no morals. How can this advertisement continue to scam people.

Diese Firma ist Betrug. Bestellt habe ich 5 Flaschen Whisky für Fr. 149.00. Bekommen habe ich wertlose Kühlsteine aus China.

Abzocke!! Statt 5 Flaschen Whisky habe ich ein paar Kühlsteine erhalten, notabene für den Betrag von CHF 149.90!
Trotz zahlreichen Kontraktversuchen via Mail und Telefon konnte ich niemanden erreichen.
Geld ist weg, war mir eine Lehre.

I strongly recommend that potential customers think very carefully before ordering from SpiritsPrime.
I placed Order #1009 for €89 after seeing a SpiritsPrime advertisement on Instagram. The advertising and the product page led me to genuinely believe that I was purchasing five bottles of whisky.
This was not simply an assumption on my part. The product page actually included wording such as “Bundle: 5 Units” and, most importantly, “1x SpiritsPrime Box – 5 bottles.”
What did I receive for my €89?
A small wooden box containing 9 whisky stones, a pair of tongs, a pouch and a few inexpensive accessories. No whisky. No five bottles.
Had the product been clearly advertised as a box of whisky stones, I would obviously never have paid €89 for it.
I immediately contacted SpiritsPrime, provided my order confirmation, screenshots of the product presentation and photographs of what I actually received, and requested a full refund.
What followed made the experience even worse.
Their customer service acknowledged in writing:
“You expected five bottles of whisky based on how the product was presented, and instead received a collection of accessories. That's a significant difference from what you anticipated.”
They told me that the matter would be escalated to management for investigation.
Then nothing happened.
After more than two weeks without any resolution, I contacted them again. Their customer service actually admitted that the delay was “not acceptable” and once again promised that my complete case would be forwarded to management as a priority.
Still no refund.
I gave the company every reasonable opportunity to resolve this privately before publishing this review. I even explicitly told them that I had deliberately refrained from posting a negative Trustpilot review while waiting for them to deal with the matter.
At this point, however, my experience speaks for itself:
I saw an Instagram advertisement, followed it to a product page referring to “5 bottles”, paid €89 believing I was buying five bottles of whisky, and received nine stone cubes and some accessories instead. After repeated complaints and promises of escalation to management, I have still not received my money back.
I have retained screenshots, photographs, the order confirmation and the complete email correspondence documenting everything stated in this review.
I am now proceeding with the appropriate steps to recover my money and will submit the documentation to the relevant consumer protection authorities for their assessment of the advertising and product presentation.
My advice to other consumers: be extremely cautious. Take screenshots of everything before purchasing and make sure you understand exactly what you are supposedly buying.
Based on my personal experience, I would never purchase from SpiritsPrime again.
€89 for nine whisky stones after believing I was ordering five bottles of whisky is, in my view, completely unacceptable.

Absolute scam, ordered 5 bottles of whisky and received chill stones, over a month of emails to Emily who is an AI robot with no intension helping and no hope of a refund... just criminals, one star is to many!!!

Don’t touch these guys with a barge pole - complete rip off merchants - ordered 5 bottles of whiskey got whiskey stones - should have known better - when a deal looks too good to be true - it’s almost always a lie.

Site frauduleux, vous êtes censés commander du whisky et au final il envoie 2 verres et des pierres de lave.
A éviter absolument et à signaler à la répression des fraudes.

DO NOT PUTCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! You can click through and add to basket one product and they switch it to something worthless just before purchase but charge you the full price for what you actually wanted anyway. Probably very difficult to claim back as I'm sure they actually send out the worthless thing. AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS

Svindel,sender et produkt jeg ikke har bestilt. Reklamerer for spiritus, selvom de ikke sælger det. Det jeg får er tilbehør. Jeg klikkede på køb af 5 forskellige whisky, alligevel er det noget helt andet de sender, selvom jeg har klaget til dem, og bedt om at annullere ordren.

Pas de contact, j'ai commandé 2 coffrets le 4 juin et après presque 4 semaine the n'ai pas d'information de livraison et je pense que c'est un site frauduleux car personne ne répond.
