Still have not received any whisky and now Emily the AI responder no longer replies to Emails. My bank was no help, I reported them to Scamwatch! just another SCAM on facebook ..stay away from these crooks

I ordered and paid for this order over a month ago and STILL have not received it. I thinks this is a Scam site because I have also emailed customer support and have received nothing back

Paid money and never received 5 premium bottles of Whiskey...i have a receipt to prove they took my money

My emails have been rejected/not acknowledged.

Purely a scam.

Lots of advertising for five bottles of premium whiskey I placed an order - but Terms of service states company does not sell alcoholic beverages. Now after requesting cancellation of order and refund within 12 hours of placing order they are saying my order states "5 Spirit Print sets not whiskey" SCAM!

On August 20, 2026, I made a payment of 379.00 PLN to prime-spirits-co.com to purchase promotional products. The offer was advertised on social media. To date, I have not received the goods. I expect the order to be fulfilled or the payment to be refunded.

Complete SCAM. Came through Facebook so assumed it was legit. Trustpilot score provided by company was fake. Have received some cheap whiskey stones rather than spirits I purchased. Have tried to contact company, with no response. DO NOT BUY.

Spent $179NZD on 20/8 have received nothing since the confirmation of purchase, despite sending emails to support and still no response, so assume Ive done my money on a scam, bought via Facebook with supposed good reviews what a load of crap they were

TOTAL SCAM! Don't buy anything from them.
They advertise specials on Whiskey bottles (for drinking) and send glasses and stones.
Emily (AI agent) is of no use and will string you on with no results. 'She' will offer alternatives including discounts for future purchases, etc.

Received just a box of stones to chili. Drinks. No whisky. Emma their AI responds nicely and accepts the situation but just says "the team is looking into it and they will contact you". It's been 20 days since I received just the stones and "Emma" still giving me the runaround
