Very useful piece of kit. The basic counter and the lap timer both work well in the pool. I needed to replace my first basic counter as its waterproofing did not survive a battery change. Next time I’ll get it done professionally, as they admittedly advise.

It is a great bit of kit that delivers - easy fit, easy to use, nothing complicated. I use it for swimming and it has been fine. Holds its charge ok.
Only issue for me, and it is mine, are that I struggle to see the numbers clearly as out of the water I wear glasses.

Very good customer service, had a few problems with postage but it was quickly resolved. Excellent customer service and take back my previous bad review.

Good product so far !
The finger stop watch works very good. Very simple to use. I mainly use it to time my sprint usrpt sessions on 25m all out and the times I get seem coherent.
I was afraid it would be weird to stop the stopwatch as soon as I touched the wall but you quickly get the motion.
So far so good, a bit expensive considering its low tech but since it works

You were efficiënt, nicely packed. A pity from the Brexit .. made it difficult to know when parcel would arrive. I’m dependent of another person. Tracking service would be helpful .. but maybe I’m spoiled. Thanks a lot .. happy with my sportcount chronometer!

Took some time that the package arrived, but I guess that is the UK-to-EU thing… Apart from that, everything was fine.

I contacted Sportscount Europe to enquire about a swimming lap counter. Mark responded very quickly to answer all my questions. The customer service from Mark is professional and outstanding. I ordered two different lap counters as i was unsure due to it being a gift, they arrived within a few days as assured they would, unfortunately my partner felt they would be not suitable for him. Again I contacted Mark who explained the process of a full refund. This went smoothly, very happy with communication and professional service.

this is the second one I have to buy, the previous one lasted less than 6 months. Another point you could improve is by reducing the size and the weight of this devices or using modern technologies. the product hasn't changed too much in the last years.
