I posted a negative feedback before about my worries of the delivery and the content, then the customer services called me and said all things are fine, and today the order came at it's time.
And it seems very good.
I didn't taste yet or see the results.
But I hope it will be good also.

I recieved the product with the authentic code sticker is half scratched. Delivery is fast. Will review about after some day

their delivery costs enough money and delivery time promises are nutshell. i still didn't get any update or notification regarding delivery

I was initially concerned about the reviews here but, I made my purchase and am happy with it. The delivery times were exact and the items were genuine. I hope the reviews I saw were rare initial problems.

Im very happy with the service I got from sporter.com! Im also very impressed with the packaging and the extras. I hope my 2de order will be just as amazing! Will recommend to all my gym bro’s!!

Tip: courier brought my order at 8:40am and i had to leave work to go collect it which was not great! Please work on the timing!

Update on below review.
Mr. Omer, customer service supervisor, took care of my delivery order by himself after my review and he made the shipment delivered today.
Based on his explanation, apology on behalf of courier company and compensation he offered, I am making my review from 1 star to 3 star. However, still the order was considerably late.

Complete disgrace, Pathetic customer service, I have a delivery of supplements from Dubai, ordered on 1st June. It arrived in Qatar on 11 June and its is now in Messaid warehouse in Qatar. I don't know how they are scheduling it on 21st June. No one responds to calls, I have raised a support ticket, no one replied although the time to reply is 24-48 hours. Now more than 3 days passed on my complaint also. Pathetic response, utterly disgusting , huge thumbs down.

I got delivery of my products in 2 days express shipping which is in time . Also I got and offer buy one get one free which was the best part with this seller . But how do I make sure if the ON product I bought is real and not fake . Because when I go online on ON website there it says there will be a code and hologram on the product and visit on ON website to authenticate with the code . But there was no code or hologram . I am worried now if the product I am using is real or fake . Pls reply sporter.com if you verify the product.
I will recommend this to my other friends and who are looking for buying a protein.

Unfortunately I have to confirm that this service is very unreliable and defunct. I ordered and paid just a basic protein food, the delivery promised 2 days. I haven't seen anything from them yet. The customer service line is not answering, no reply on the email support.

I have recently discovered Sporter KSA and there are fantastic offers however I’m very concerned about the bad reviews that customers posted about delivery and customer service. What reassurance do we as customer can have that our items will be delivered on time. Because of the bad reviews I am hesitant about ordering supplements. Tees

Really awesome site. I received only two working days. And I got lots of gifts like 3 now protein bars, protein cookies and snacks. Masha Allah. I was surprised.

Don’t not buy from them!

We purchased a few products and never received the products nor our money back.

Worst company when it comes to deIivering their products.. I place and paid my order last january 9 and shipped my order last january 21.. and I'm still waiting to received my order untill now january 23, 2021 WOW, just WOW literally.. what happen to your 5 to 7 days delivery?? I used to loved to buy from this store when it still in UAE back in 2016.. but now I will not recommend this store anymore.. find somewhere else otherwise you'll end up dissapointed..

I think it’s the worst company and their customer service OMG dont meke me start they are the worst ever , i had issues with them they simply don’t care and their response make me angry every time i think they intentionally respond in this way they don’t want u to order from them again that’s what i know for sure

sporter website is one of the badest website i ever ordered from the first and the last i made an order on 29th october as per the website i should receive my order after 5days i gave them 7 days and still didnt get my order once i called them they confirmed that i will receive in the 8th day then DHL called me and said that i will receive my order after one more week that makes it 18 days to receive your order, please if someone want to order be aware from the lies that this website is give you very very very bad service the first and the last

I placed my order on 28-09-2020 and today is the 6th day after pacing the order, it is not yet delivered. I have contacted the customer care through mail many times but they are not giving an exact delivery date or status. In their website from past 4 days, it is showing as "with courier facility".
