They mention Within 5 Days Delivery on top corner of their website, then the shipping details page clarifies that it is a Within 5 Business Days delivery, but then it turns out you are really lucky if they even ship the order within 5 Business Days. Delivery time well over 10 Business days or 15-17 Days. I will write again if my order is even in proper condition.
EDIT: I received the items in proper order, so I guess the website is not a scam, just need to lower expectations regarding the shipping and delivery duration and order well in advance.

Ordered from Sporter Dubai and it was great! Got my product cold and neat, it was on time, and ordering was easy! I definitely was hesitant because of the reviews over here but i guess it depends on the region. Will definitely order again!

I ordered from this website and the cost of the product was 12 BD only but they charged 17 BD from my account even without verifying my card details. I tried calling the customer care but didnt receive any response from them. Even i tried to contact via mail also, but same happened. Please don't enter your card details they will charge the amount what they like to.

I had a very good experience dealing with this website. I got my package in two days .

This is by far the worst website I’ve ever tried online. Such a long process and inconvenient way to get my order processed. Very unusual and long way to verify credit card and by the time I finally did; i was told they cancelled my order and had to place ANOTHER order. Such a terrible experience and can’t even get an accurate status on my order and was asked to provide information that I ALREADY provided. You’re better off buying from somewhere else unless you want to waste your time with this website. And no I don’t want your apology, you should seriously reconsider your business methods and customer service based on all these other terrible reviews. Shameful.

I ordered products 8 days before till now I hadn’t received my order. Very bad customer service team no proper update.
And still they’re not sure when they will deliver as per them my order with courier since last 3 days. One of customer service lady told if you don’t want cancel your order. But I already paid for my order.

Very very bad customer service they won't resolve your issue and they send u the mail that issue has been resolved by our team.

I am a customer of sporters since more than 2years I never face an issue and I was very much impressive but this is the first time I found insects in the received product when I raise a complaint about it they refuse to replace the product I shocked. My opinion is that if the deal is in this way it's our loss now I will through the powder cannot be use that.

Quick, on time delivery to Jordan ( 3 days), customer service was helpful, products delivered had at least a year left for expiry, and arrived in excellent condition (protein bars weren't squished or stuck to the wrapper) . Wish there was a cheaper delivery option though.

Regarding the Egyptian branch: The WORST service ever! It has been over 18 days and the order has not been delivered despite contacting the company twice. Exceedingly bad experience. Would not recommend it to anyone.

5 stars for the UAE branch. I made an order in Dubai while I was staying there for vacation. It arrived exactly in time.

I made an order and they didn't keep their promise, It have been 9 days and I still didn't receive my order and they keep on stalling.

They are selling which are soon to be expired like within 15 days or 1 month and even the freebies that they give have 15days expiry.

I have been using sporter.com for years now, prices good delivery time is good but if it comes to there promotions the will always try not to give it to you, excuses is always the same or that I ordered to early to get the promotion.
It would just be nice to get some samples of something different then what I usually use.

Best protein prices, fast delivery. Website needs improvement.

i have made or for some supplements at 30th of Dec outside UAE
they told me that they r going to deal with customs and everything
which is good thing and i'm going to have the order delivered at home from 6 to 8 business days "dec 31 to jan 9 = 8 business days " the order has been shipped to my country at 1st of jan throw aramex and Awaiting Clearance from Consignee/Broker to Arrange Delivery since 2nd of Jan but till now they didnt take any action and when ever i try to contact them they r dealing throw chatting they r treating me with a bad way ......................

I have been ordering from Sporter....however compared to the initial experience... the customer service from Sporter is deteriorating. I had recently placed the order and it was to be delivered in 2 days. However I have not got any update for the same neither have I received a call...only because I had paid for the product online. If it's a COD... you keep getting confirmation calls.
I assume that the company takes it for granted when a customer pays online...and can deliver whenever they want.
I called the office number to track my order and was told I would receive it only on a working day. My request to the person for a prompt response is gone in vain.

I don't see a huge difference in the product price or offers as compared to the local pharmacy in Uae. However I placed the order thinking it's convenient. If you delay in delivering on time then the service is no good.

In this competitive market a bad customer service will not do any good to your business. Pull up your socks and focus on after sales service.

I got my order with very bad smell and quality, I guess the store was bad , even the p date was too old , only 1 months left to expire .

I talked with them to return it , but they asked me to pay the return fees , now I threw it in the trash ، who is gonna compensate me !!!

Dont buy from them or trust them specially who live in the Arabian gulf, most of the supplements from this company is tradition.

I recommend you to buy from US , cheap, original and low shipping cost from my experience.
