Es kam kein Link um die Flat zu aktivieren.
Der Support reagiert gar nicht.
Ergo kann man überlegen ob man für 25/30€ einen Anwalt hinzuzieht oder halt Lehrgeld bezahlt.
Wenn die Foto Flat klappt, ist es gut.
Klappt es nicht, ist man der Dumme.
Kann seine Bilder anschauen, aber nicht nutzen.
Einfach ein beschämendes Verhalten.

Ich war über Jahre sehr zufrieden mit Sportograf, aber insbesondere bei der letzten Sportveranstaltung (Megamarsch Bern) läuft sehr viel schief. Keine Suche per Gesichtserkennung möglich, keine Flatrate. Mittels gpx-upload können mühselig Fotos gefunden und in den Warenkorb gelegt werden. Auch das Bezahlen klappt. Beim Klick auf die Downloadseite startet man wieder bei der Fotosuche. Auf Mails wird nicht geantwortet - ich hoffe, das wird wieder… (darum auch 2 statt 1 Stern)

Habe ein Fotopaket für einen Hyrox vorab gekauft, es gab für das Event dann gerade mal 5 schlechte Foto mit mir darauf und das für 35€.
Finger weg davon. Am besten Fotos von Bekannten machen lassen, die werden sicherlich besser sein.

Prepaid for photos, took OVER a week to post photos. NO photos of me at all! Will not issue a refund. Tried multiple ways to get in touch with someone at customer support and everything is automated. DO NOT BUY PHOTOS from this company! IM SURPRISED ANY COMPANY IS still hiring them to take photos of their event. They would be better off renting cameras and giving them to volunteers day of than trusting this terrible company with that task.

Every time I have done an event where sportograf are the photographers I know I'm guaranteed to get terrible photos.
Their automated systems can't recognise a wheelchair so the finishing cameras never work for me, the one time I actually had the capacity to use the biometric option it wasn't available and because their AI can't recognise a bib number on a wheelchair, there were a grand total of EIGHT photos for an event that was really important to me.

I specifically posed to try and help their cameras at my last race, get some good memories and photos for social media you know? But nope, no good.

There's no customer service, no ability to talk to a human being, and no understanding. I do not understand why races continue to use such a useless service.

To race organisers seeing these reviews, please hire someone else!!

I've done three events with photography done by Sportograf - Tough Mudder 2025 and 2026 as well as a Spartan 10K.

The process to get your photos is very laborious, and photos don't appear / go missing. The constant email validation links and hoops you have to jump through is beyond aggravating. They don't always work, either.

The selfie recognition is garbage and I have to sift through 100s of time stamped photos to find more photos of myself. Awful!

I guess it's easy to put in this low level effort when you're the only game in town.

Achtung, es werden nur Fotos in niedriger Qualität bereitgestellt, kleiner 200kB pro Foto. Wenn man die Fotos in hoher Qualität haben möchte muss man das anfordern und diskutieren und hoffen das man sie bekommt.
Sparen Sie sich das Geld und den Aufwand.

I attended a race with several different distances, and there were photographers positioned along our route. However, when the photos were uploaded, one of the categories only contained photos from the other race distances, even though a photographer had definitely been taking pictures of us there.

I contacted Sportograf through their support system and also reached out to the event organiser, who put me in touch with another person at Sportograf. I was told that the photos from that location had somehow not been uploaded correctly and that they were working on fixing the issue. A few days later, the missing photos appeared, which was great.

After that, I asked whether it might be possible to receive a discount code for the photo package, since I had been waiting for the missing photos and they only became available after I contacted them. I completely expected that the answer might simply be no, but I thought it was worth asking.

Unfortunately, that is where the customer service became very disappointing. I contacted one person, then the other a few days later, and followed up with both of them after receiving no response. Neither ever replied.

A simple “Sorry, we’re not able to offer a discount” would have been perfectly fine. Instead, my messages were simply ignored. This was particularly frustrating because they had previously responded quite quickly when dealing with the missing photos, so it felt very much like they were choosing not to respond once the question was about a discount.

When you are waiting for an answer before deciding whether to purchase an expensive photo package, being completely ignored is not a good customer experience. The photo issue was eventually resolved, but the way the subsequent communication was handled felt very unprofessional.

Have been trying to get photos from a run in June 2026 but can not access them and have sent multiple emails and instagram messages but no replies! Such bad service and a waste of money

Les photos à l'arrivée que l'on me montre de l'UTMB Tremblant ne sont simplement pas moi, c'est une autre personne... je fais une recherche par heure d'arrivée et je trouve 5 photos qui me montre passer la ligne d'arrivée. Je les soumets pour analyse et on me dit que l'on me reconnait sans hésiter sur une seulement donc on rejette les autres!!! , Aucun bon sens quand tu prépayes pour tes photos. J'ai en plus 6 fois la même photos hors focus de moi .Pire service de photos de course que j'ai rencontré.

Terrible website and customer support. Multiple attempts to contact and they send autoreplies every time which don't even address the problem/ Have already paid for my photos but am unable to access half of them due to useless interface design.

Don't make the mistake of pre-ordering photos. It doesn't even save you much.

I recently ran UTS 80k and only had start and finish line photos. Not worth the money spent. I have sent multiple emails but like everyone else here, they have been ignored.

Keinerlei Fotografie im eigentlichen Sinne mehr. Nur noch automatische Auslöser mit Stativ. Die Anzahl der Bilder wird immer weniger, die Fotografen sitzen meist einfach am Rand und gucken.

Have tried several times to get my pics...selfies..did 11 of them and none worked. Have contacted Sportgraf and they keep sending automated emails. No pics and I have been trying for 2 weeks. Their user site is the most unfriendly site I have been on EVER!!! They have all our email addresses why not simplify the process and send them directly to us? NEVER WILL I EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Joke of a company, shouldn't be given the sporting events they work on if they cannot respond to customer issues and uphold promises they make.

Still waiting for Sportograf to uphold their 50% offer following extremely poor quality photos over a year ago!

What is the point of preordering and using face scan to find the photos if you are just going to make us wait for manual validation of the photos anyway? Such a stupid process.

Warum 2 Sterne? Ein paar der Bilder sind schön geworden und über diese freue ich mich.

Es gab beim Xletix Kidslauf verschiedene Stationen, an einigen haben Fotografen die Bilder gemacht, an anderen waren es Selbstauslöser.

Die Selbstauslöser haben für ca. 90 Minuten nicht funktioniert, zumindest gibt es für diesen Zeitraum keine Bilder von den Stationen. Das war genau unsere Laufzeit und wir haben somit keine Bilder von den Stationen. Davor und danach sind diese da.

An den Stationen mit Fotograf gibt es ebenfalls nicht immer Bilder von uns. Somit habe ich 3x die Fotoflatrate bezahlt, aber nicht annähernd bekommen. Wir sind auf ganzen 14 Bildern drauf. Zu anderen Zeiten haben die Läufer über 30.

E-Mail an Sportfotograf: 2 Wochen - Besteht das Problem noch? Ja! 1 Woche - Können wir nix machen, alle Bilder sind online.

Keine Sorry, kein Angebot, nichts. Das ist eine Frechheit!

Finish-Bilder eines Traillaufes sind nicht brauchbar (komplett schwarz und daher auch keine Gesichtserkennung), 2 Wochen nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Sportograf (inzwischen Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Veranstalter, der zusicherte, das Anliegen an Sportograf weiterzuleiten) kam ein Mail ob die Bearbeitung des Tickets noch notwendig sei, sie hätten sehr viel zu tun. Auf die Antwort, dass das Problem noch nicht gelöst ist kam weitere 2 Wochen danach immer noch keine Rückmeldung. Ohne Finish-Fotos daher gar keine gekauft.

Toujours les mêmes problèmes:
- Trop peu de photos (4 ou 5 positions maximum sur des courses de plus de 80km) et à des endroits peu stratégique
- Un prix EXORBITAN pour avoir seulement 3 ou 4 photos utilisable

C'est pas normal qu'un pack à 50€ soit TOUJOURS moins qualitatif que les photos gratuites des petites courses
